Unable to connect to creative cloud. Says no internet connection but my connection is fine.
I am trying to connect to the desktop creative cloud app so that I can start using the suite. I enter my login details (which is correct) and it starts to connect. Then he stops and jumps to the top of this screen. I have a good, reliable internet connection, so I don't know what is the issue. I tried to disable my antivirus software and try again and again with the same results.

These host/port combinations need to be on a whitelist when connecting with one ID Adobe to download, install and activate licenses for applications via a creative cloud subscription.

Creative cloud says it is installed on more than two computers, but is not.
I'm unable to use my Creative cloud on my second computer software, because it says that the software is already installed on two computers. However, this is incorrect. What could cause this and how to fix it? The software still works very well on my first computer, btw.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The error we are talking about happens only if we have the product installed on more than two computers. I would ask you many want to give me your email add in a private message and I will check the details of the accounts.

I'm unable to open photoshop or other adobe products, also. It is said to renew my subscription. I take a look and Creative Cloud says that my account is active.

After uninstalling and rebooting, creative cloud no longer displays DC Acrobat as an update.
