Unable to connect to Creative Cloud Desktop

When I sing it I get a notification that says "you have been disconnected.

I changed my password and uninstalled creative cloud desktop and reinstalled and the same thing. I'm not ti uninstall applications like photoshop and first and have the same thing happen. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE...

Hi Mazariego24,

Please follow this step to solve the problem.

If please access this location and rename the folder in OOBE OOBE.old

Windows:

C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe

Once done please relaunch the CC desktop applications and try to connect.
