Unable to connect to msSQL CF 11 admin 14.

I just added msSQL 2014 to a new computer running Windows 7 and CF 11

I opened the port 1434, and when I tried to connect the datasource in CF Admin got this message...

Connection verification failed for data source: mydb1

java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] failed to connect to host {0}, named instance {1}. Error: '{2} '. Check the server names and instance, check that there is no firewall blocking UDP port 1434 traffic and for SQL Server 2005 or later, verify that the SQL Server Browser Service is running on the host computer.

The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia] [SQLServer JDBC Driver] failed to connect to host {0}, named instance {1}. Error: '{2} '. Check the server names and instance, check that there is no firewall blocking UDP port 1434 traffic and for SQL Server 2005 or later, verify that the SQL Server Browser Service is running on the host computer.

If I use the name of the single computer even. If I get the name of the computer and the port, I get an error that I can not enter the two...

  • Unable to connect to the Panel of web directors on ReadyNAS RN102 #24506517

    Hello

After running beautifully for about a year, my RN102 leaves me not connect to its admin panel more. I've never experienced any problems before, I would just go to the local IP address and it worked. No more. Firefox tells me "unable to connect" quite quickly after I try to connect. IE11 and chromium produce similar errors. My PC is on Win7 x 64. Connection on the other laptop does not work either. -I CAN still reach actions and folders on NAS via Windows and Android!

    Some additional information:

    -RN102
-updated to 6.2.2 firmware after which it wouldn't let me not connect
-C' is ethernet wired to the same router as my PC
-I can ping always correctly IP address, and the name I gave the NAS via a command line
-Disabling the firewall of Microsofts does not help
-before he 'broken', I was messing around with external applications, BarracudaDrive and others. Has decided to remove them all, because I do not have it work properly. Delete apps hung the NAS, I pulled the power and rebooted, it.
-J' also reinstalled the operating system using the reboot with the reset button sequence. After reinstallation, log actions of Win7 works well, but no luck on the administration panel.

I'm out of ideas. One who helps me go in my hall of fame.

    See you soon,.

I looked at the case and see that the problem was due to a problem uninstalling apps, which was a problem known to point 6.2. I am that mark it as resolved.

  • "Unable to connect because of an account restriction" Windows XP virtual machine as administrator

I got virtual machine today and just downloaded some software that requires a reboot. Earlier, before the reboot, I wanted to remove my password I had set for the account, I went to the properties of the user in the control panel and changed my password for nothing. Problem is that now when I try to log in I get "Unable to connect because of an account restriction" even if I am the admin in the console. Anyone know how I can bypass this login/reset my password? I can not at all in the machine. I'm just stuck when connecting. And there is no safe mode F8 command at startup for virtual methods, I've tried. Thanks in advance.

Okay, so I managed to fix it myself.

For the love of everyone, go to your folder of VMS (search for it in the start menu if you can't find it), and ONLY if you have built your way out of a previous virtual disk (such as Virtual XPV HD) and always have access to this file, delete your virtual machine. This same folder. Then create a new machine with the file of virtual disk mentioned earlier, when you are prompted, and then run it. When it comes to the administrator, you will not have a password and it will record you up. Now, before closing, make sure that you change your password for an actual password to avoid that.

If you have followed this by following the instructions, you should have more, if not all of your files back and resumed control of the console. I hope this helps. :)

I'm at the end of my rope of troubleshooting. What are my next steps?

    Thank you

try resetting it again by simply pressing the button reset (not the one blue) until the beginning of lites blinking then turn off the power for a few seconds then reapply. Make sure that the power supply is the right one for this router. the voltage must match exactly, but the nominal current of the power supply can be more than what is on the sticker on the router. then try to reconnect with an ethernet. the password should at this time there began to 'admin' (without the quotes)

  • Unable to connect to the Administration of Linksys to my WRT54G v.6 page

    Hello

Recently, I moved into a new House and brought my old router with me.  I set up this router to my former place long ago, but when I hooked it up here, I am unable to connect to the Admin of Linksys page (http://192.168.1.1 for example).  I think that I changed the router what IP to 192.168.1.101... it was a long time ago so I don't remember exactly.  I tried find what it was by typing "ipconfig" in the command prompt and using the address "Default gateway" IP address as the address of router, but that has not worked.

I tried to reset the router to factory default settings by pressing the button of reset for 30 seconds, then connect to http://192.168.1.1 but it does not help.  When I release the reset button, just power light continues to blink rapidly until I unplug the router.

I can access the internet without any problem, but I noticed that I connect my router differently than the instructions provided here.  I connect an ethernet cable from my modem to 1 of the 4 ports on the router (just like my laptop) rather than the port of 'internet' on the back.  Don't know if that is related or not, or even what is the cause.

I use Windows Vista on my laptop if it makes a difference.

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Ryan

The modem must be connected to the internet port of the router and the conputer on one of the 4 ports on the router... Now, check if you are able to ping the default gateway of the router. If you get 4 answers then, make broser on the computer settings... Open an IE, click Tools > Internet Options, then click on delete and delete all the files, cookies, history, forms... GoTo 'Connections', make sure that never Dial a connection is selected, click on network settings and make sure that all the options are unchecked... Once you are finished, click OK... Close IE and reopen...

Now, try to open the linksys configuration page by typing 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. You can also try another computer.

  • Unable to connect to the PPPoE server with 2 BEFSR41ver

I had to get a new AT & T DSL line to a new home with new ID and password. I've never had a problem with the router to the old address and the line DSL.  I've reconfigured the router with a new user name and password for PPPoE I got from AT & T for use with their new motoroal they sent me. The modem gives me the internet when I connect the modem directly to the computer.  When I connect the modem to the WAN port of the router with the computer connected to one of the LAN ports on the router, I get "Unable to connect to PPPoE" when I try to access the internet. When I connect the modem to one of the LAN ports with another port LAN from the router to the computer, I don't have the internet, but this is not recommended for the router cable management. With the modem connected to the WAN router and a power cycle performed port, I still get the same error message. I disabled my firewall and still have the same error message. I don't think I have another firewall to operate.  I never had this problem to my old address and line DSL AT & T with different ID and password and the same router.  Anyone know what is happening?  STEIN

Your problem is that your "modem" is actually a "modem-router" and it uses the same subnet as the BEFSR41 192.168.1.x.  To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

All first, reset your BEFSR41 factory default, then set the "local IP address" 192.168.2.1

To do this, follow these steps:

To reset your router by default, follow these steps:

    (1) turn off all computers, the router and the modem and disconnect from the wall.
    (2) disconnect all the wires of the router.
    (3) turn on the router and let it start up completely (1-2 minutes).
    (4) press in and hold the reset for 30 seconds button, then release it, then let the router reset and restart (2-3 minutes).
    (5) turn the router.
    (6) connect a computer cable to port 1 of the router (NOT to the internet port).
    (7) turn on the router and let it start up completely (1-2 minutes).
    (8) the power of the computer (if the computer has a wireless card, make sure it's off).
    (9) try ping on the router. To do this, click the 'Start' button > all programs > Accessories > command prompt. A black DOS window will appear. Enter the following text: "ping 192.168.1.1" (without the quotes) and press the Enter key. You will see 3 or 4 lines that begin with ' response to... ". "or"Request timed out". If you see "reply from...". ", your computer has found your router.
    (10) open your browser and point it to 192.168.1.1. This will take you to the login page of your router. Leave the user name blank and in the password field, enter "admin" (without the quotes). This will take you to your router configuration page. Note the version number of your firmware (usually found near upper right corner of the screen).  Then, change the "local IP address" 192.168.2.1, then click the 'Save Settings' button and wait (3 to 60 seconds) of the screen refresh.  You will be probably disconnected from the BEFSR41.  Don't worry about this.  Turn off the BEFSR41 and your computer.

    (11) then, using an ethernet cable, wire the ethernet port of the modem to the Internet port on the BEFSR41.  Turn on your modem and enable good start.  Turn on your BEFSR41 and enable good start.  Turn on your computer.  Test your system, it should work.

If you can not ' response to... ". "in step 9 above, your router is probably dead.  Report with this info.

If you get a response in step 9, but cannot complete step 10, is that your router is dead or the firmware is damaged. In this case, a report with this problem.

If you need additional assistance, please state the version of firmware on your router and the results of steps 9 and 10. In addition, if you receive error messages, copy them exactly, and report.

Please let me know how things turn out for you.
