* original title - I'm having problems with "the user profile service has no logon. Unable to load the user profile"in order to resolve this that I have to sign as an administrator, but I forgot my password. What can I do? *
Only suggestion I can offer...
Go to safe mode... http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/123496-safe-mode.html
See if there is another account admin, you've not seen before.
If so, this is the built-in Administrator account. By default, there is no password.
Logon to the account built-in Administrator and do the following:
1 do a system restore
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-System-Restore-how.html2 use this tutorial from Microsoft support :

There are several methods, go through one by one.

Original title: unable to connect to my laptop
I tried to connect my laptop this morning and received this message "the user profile service has no logon. User profile cannot be loaded. Currently, I run in safe mode to get here. My os is windows 8, I have no restore point for system restore was released. I changed the password but when not even a joy also came not preinstalled os so no disc to any kind either. I'm no computer whizz but I don't have a little and follow instructions if any of you guys have any suggestions
The manufacturer of the system should give you a method to restore the system to factory settings as well. Maybe the press of a button to start, or you were supposed to make the media or something similar. Call NOW and ask if you can get a CD/DVD restore media. Get, even if it costs a bit. Better to get it so that you don't need that when you do.
Windows 8/8.1 also restore, refresh and restore capabilities. It's good for some things, but methods of restoration/recovery of the manufacturer are the best long term for several reasons.

Original title: cannot create the new user account
I have problems with the creation of user accounts:-As administrator, I created a user account again (as an administrator).
-Appears in the Control Panel, but when I disconnected and tried to log on to the new account, an error message is displayed:
"The service user profile Service has no logon. User profile cannot be loaded. »
(I never deleted folder of user manually account.)
Switched back has original and saw there is no new user account in the users folder.
-J' rebooted in Safe Mode, and the new account appeared in the user folder. (???)
-Next time, I can log in with the new account.Cause another problem, I deleted the most recent account (I have only created to solve a problem). Since that time one cannot create new accounts (the error message above is displayed always)!
I came across this problem while I was trying to solve another problem. If an answering machine Microsoft reads this thread, please check my another problem:
Windows 7 does not refresh the folder viewsYou have an idea?
Ah ha! Solved my problem (which is, I get a "Login failed" error when you try to connect with a newly created user)!
My problem was that I suspected that the permissions on the Directory/Users/Default. It seems that "Everyone" needs at least read access (which I must have somehow removed). Also, I noticed that this new directory of the user has not created before the opening of the session of this user (even if the user appears in the list of control panel).
My suggestion for anyone having this problem would be to check the permissions on the directory C:\Users\Default against a working installation. But for a quick list, on my system:
Right click on the default directory (it has hidden directory if you must show hidden files/folders), properties, Security tab
-' Everyone' and 'Users' (modify, read & execute, list the contents of the file, reading)
-' SYSTEM' and 'Administrators' (control, modify, read & execute, list the contents of the folder, read, write)
Hope this is of some use to people.

Original title: "the user profile service has no logon. User profile could not be loaded"and admin password will not work
I had this problem came several times before but it always correct itself without any intervention from myself. Now, even after restarting the computer several times I can not directly connect to my main Administrator profile. I have another profile without administrative privileges already done so I could at least use my computer, but only with limited permissions. When I try to do something to solve the problem, as the registry change, I'm prompted to enter the administrator password. I enter the password and the alert box goes, and nothing happens. Enter the password seems doing nothing, except the aknowledge the password is correct (it warns me when I entered a wrong password so I know it's no doubt receiving data). DOoes anyone know how to fix this? The computer works relatively well recently and have no idea of what decoration could have happened to cause such a mistake that bothers.
