     About the .Js I cannot find a User.JS in the profile folder but ther is a user.bk and other files that have.json. Should I do anything with these?

  I have Adobe CS Production Premium installed 5.5 and generally operating at 100% of features on a computer Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit) (AMD FX-8150, 16 GB of RAM, 200 + GB of free space on the disk). This happens through all of my projects, so it does not appear to be linked to an individual, and it keeps restarting.
