Hope I get good advice

Solved!

I did a full new install of WIN XP because soft HP would install to the C: drive. I didn't want it and soft HP did not offer to choose disk and installation full or reduced. Of course not because uninstall left every details earlier in the registry

New configuration froze again at the recognation of USB device

I didn't know why, but I thought that he has fought for another program runing

I turned off the firewall and internet connection

My computer is restart and automatically continue Setup without any problem on disk D:\

What is the solution?

p.s. I used Wise Registry Cleaner mind deep cleaning to kill all HP registry detail

  • Scan software for HP Officejet 5510 all-in-one

When I press "scan" on my printer, it is said that I don't have the software for it. I've looked everywhere for the software... What should I do?

    Hello Tegus

The only thing you can do with mountain on the Officejet 5510 Lion is to ensure that you have run the Apple software updates with your printer plugged in with the USB cable. That you will get the latest version of the HP software that you can run on Mountain Lion.

To make the update Apple properly follow the steps below:

Step 1. Plug in the printer power cord TO the computer and the printer

Step 2. Click on the 'Apple' in the upper left corner

    Step 3. Click "Software updates"

Once it's over you can check the HP support document How to Scan: OS X v10.8. This document will provide you with instructions how you can scan with the preview of Apple, Apple Image Capture and Print & Scan. If it is at all possible for you to scan it is how you will be able to do.

I hope that answers your question about scanning. Thanks for posting on the HP Forums. Have a great day!

  • No Windows 7 driver for the hp officejet 5510 all in one printer?

Hi I have an old HP OFFICEJECT 5500 SERIES ALL-IN-ONE (the model is 5510).  I bought it for my original DELL XP in 2004.  He worked especially well when I transferred to my next OS from VISTA DELL (less some functions) but the impression was very good.  Now my new DELL XPS 15z Windows 7 operating system is unable to locate a driver for it.

What does that mean?  It's such a great printer - that is to say not one disposable.  It will not work in this environment?   I looked everywhere for a driver (on my system and on the internet).  Windows said to contact the manufacturer.

    Thank you

    Hello

Your printer is compatible with Windows 7 and should work immediately by plugging the USB cable.

As you have a few questions, follow the document below to get your printer working:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c01796879

I suggest you follow How can I make sure that I always have the latest driver for OS Windows 7 first, then plug in the USB cable and check progress.

If the problem continues without change, follow what can I do if the driver installation failed.

    Hope that helps,

  • Unable to print - Officejet J5780 all-in-One, connected to the laptop USB

I bought a HP all-in-one Officejet J5780 in 2008 and all this year I started having problems printing. I am a student online so I need to print assignment or documents related to the class of my laptop, or make other personal business which involves an impression. I connect the printer to my laptop with a USB port. I have Windows 7 Edition home premium on my laptop. When I bought the printer, I used it with another laptop with Vista. Last year, I bought a laptop.

I'm going to open a document, click on print, a box will appear as if sending information to the printer, and then nothing happens. The file is located in the print queue whose status is empty. Sometimes stop the printer and re - start, it would start printing once reconnected. But no more. Sometimes if I start my printer first, let it sit, start my laptop, let it sit a bit, connect the USB cable, let them rest a bit, then try to print it will work. But it is rare now. Sometimes if I am performing a repair online it suddenly started working. But it becomes harder and harder.

I guess I need to new drivers or something, but I don't know which ones to download from HP. This new laptop does not recognize the printer software disk came with.

I try to start printing HP and doctor Scan and it detects my printer at the start, but at the next step, it does not, said that it can not be connected. I can print an alignment page or test page.

Or is it time for a new printer?

I know that is not the USB port on the laptop, because I used the plug with other types of USB cables and everything works. I was wondering if the printer USB cable is bad or corroded the output on the printer itself. I bought a new USB cable and tried. The printer has been detected, updated drivers, and until now it works fine.

  • HP Officejet 5510 all-in-one: HP Officejet 5510 off message paper

Yesterday, my printer jammed because the paper was not properly in the tray. A message appeared on my 'Out of paper' computer, which was OK, but did not disappear when I put on the new stack of nice white paper properly into the tray. I've tried several things on the internet but nothing works. Strange thing is that the copy function works normally with the samen paper, so I think that the heads of cleaning is not a useful.

I continued the search for a solution and found one to use printing HP and doctor Scan. The doctor finds errors and to repair the. This resulted in the message of cleaning paper and printing can continue.

  • HP officejet 5510 all in one: how to print in color not black

It seems that my black ink is empty.  is it possible to print what I need color?  they have forms / instructions online that I need to print.

    Help, please!

    Ty

    Hello

It is possible to print in black only, however, it is impossible to print with color inks as the black color is also the basis for color printing.

Make sure that the black ink is indeed empty by checking the ink levels estimated on the printer screen.

If it is empty, you will need to replace the cartridge impoverished to resume printing.
