Unable to transfer emails

Victorinox original title: Mail Stuck

Runnnig Windows Vista Home Premium - I had problems sending mail (Windows Mail) so I attach a photo, or try to deliver a newsletter with pictures and graphics in it. They will just get stuck in the output area.  I see that I can solve the problem for the pictures by going to the photo folder first and then by e-mail and from there and it will give me the option of resizing.   Is this the way best/only to handle this?  How about the attachment, if I get why can't I easily forward it?  Thank you very much for the help.

Assuming that you have excluded from the size or the reason, try to compact and repair the database.

  • Cannot transfer emails from certain accounts to certain addresses in Thunderbird 31.0 (also to 24.0, just improved)

I have four accounts POP3 and an IMAP. Inbox of the account main POP3 problem is 3.8 GB after emptying the trash and compaction. I have found no limit to the size of the folder. I started archiving messages to another folder to reduce the size of the Inbox. I am unable to send emails (even if it seems that the emails are forwarded) two issue POP3 accounts (the second account mailbox is about 19 MB) to only certain E-mail addresses. I also can not before as an attachment or problem to some E-mail addresses POP3 accounts. Other addresses E-mail Forwarding works correctly on issue POP3 accounts. I am able to send eMails on two problem POP3 accounts to some E-mail addresses correctly. Do not know if a complete reinstall would be beneficial or not, since the POP3 problem accounts work correctly when you communicate with other E-mail addresses. I'm currently under WinXp Pro fully patched and just used Reimage for refresh installation (the problem was unchanged after Reimage).

What makes you think that the messages were not sent? Have you asked your provider of messaging so they sent?

Seriously, most of non-delivery, without any kind of errors, is receiving simply Server throw as junk mail. Maybe all the areas of the receivers subscribe to the same spam service.

  • How to transfer emails in an Inbox not assets replaced to the local files.

I changed servers and cancelled my old server (courier service). I want to transfer all my old old my Inbox emails into folders, so I can delete the old account. I have a new account and a new Inbox that works very well. When I try to transfer emails from the old Inbox, the software tries to connect to the old server, which does more - and will not let me transfer the emails. I can see and read emails - so that they are on my local computer. I don't want to lose all the old emails. I no longer have access to my old server.

    You do this in "offline"?
Thunderbird does not try to locate the server in offline mode.

Status bar displays 2 icon blue screen down left if online.
Click on this icon to switch to offline mode; It will then show 2 black screen icon.
We may ask if you want to download messages, etc... to say no or later, but does not download.

    Or
File > Offline > work offline.

  • Transfer emails "sent" to the Office Express 6.0

I use Outlook Express 6.0. I am trying to transfer emails from the folder "sent" on the server of my host for the folder "sent" on my laptop (i.e. local folders). I used to be able to do, but now I get this message:

"The selected messages could not be moved. An error has occurred. »

For what it's worth, I transfer emails in the Inbox on the server of my host to my local files.

My hosting provider said that it is a problem of Outlook, is not their problem. Can anyone help?

I assume you are using an IMAP account.  I suspect that the items sent in OE folder is corrupted.  You can move messages to another folder (create one for it) then close OE and delete the file sent items.dbx.  Then start OE and see this will create a new and see if it works very well.  If not, try to go to file | Identities and setup a new identity, and then see if you can get it to work in this identity.  If so, then import from that older messages using file | Import | Messages.

  • Unable to send email in Outlook Express 6 all of a sudden.

Unable to send email in Outlook Express 6 all of a sudden.  I am running Windows XP.  All of a sudden one day I was not able to send e-mail, but I can receive. When this happened, I got "an unknown error has occurred. "" Account: 'Alan ntl', server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol: SMTP, server response: ' 421 aamtaout04 - winn.ispmail.ntl.com connection refused [82.26.72.74] ', Port: 465, secure (SSL): Yes, Server error: 421, error number: 0x800CCC67.

However after reading your answers of Oct 2010 I changed port 587 and got "the connection to the server failed. Account: 'Alan ntl', server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 587, secure (SSL): Yes, Socket error: 10060, error number: 0x800CCC0E "... Please help

It is highly unlikely that removing OE and add it again will help it.

The message "connection refused" says unambiguously that the server aamtaout04 - winn.ispmail.ntl.com does not accept connections on port 465.  So either you have the wrong specified server, you have the wrong port specified or the server actually has a problem, despite what tells you the mail service provider.

  • Unable to send email in Windows Mail - error 0x800CCC0D

When I try to send email from windows mail I'm notified of next error number: 0x800CCC0D. There is also something about the error socket 11003

[Previous title: unable to send email in Windows Live Mail - error 0x800CCC0D code]

There is also something about the error socket 11003

What does 'something on 11003 socket error' mean? It would be much better if you posted the error message full so we don't have to guess what he says.

Error 0x800CCC0D means that the server is not found. Error 11003 socket is usually a DNS error: the name of the specified server does not exist or cannot be translated into an IP address. Given that you don't tell us which server is involved, it's impossible to think what you need to enter to the place.

It is quite sure, however, that changing the settings of the server will not help if the server is not found. Juggle with the firewall is dangerous and will not help in this case either. Nor the removal and replacement of the account, except if you find out what server to use name and who enter when add you the account. You could just as easily do this without deleting the account first.

So - please report it the full error message. Compose a new message of test with a single topic and send it to yourself. When you see the error message, click it to select it, and then use a right click to copy and paste it in your response here.

  • Unable to send email. time to connect to the server. Worked yesterday. Work on other computers just stopped on this one. Windows 10

All of a sudden I can no longer send emails from Thunderbird. Works on other computers running windows 10 but not this one. I can still receive emails. Tried to disable windows defender and windows firewall. Uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird. Accounts deleted and then added back in. Is still unable to send emails.

Your domain name for mail servers is ok, mail.batterybattery.ca is located in the MX record for your domain. Server IP is 209.15.208.71.

I just tried to telnet your provider, but it does not respond on 587 (as it has been filtered). Tried other ports and they seem good.

Try to use SSL and port 465 instead of 587 and tls.

  • Unable to send emails with attachments on Windows Mail

    Original title: Live Mail troubleshooting

For 48 hours, we were unable to send emails and attachments.  We use Live Mail on Windows 7.  Any suggestions?

You get a specific error or the message just stay in the Outbox?

Also, are you sure that the attachment is too large?  Try to send something very small, like a small text file.

Another thing, even if it is little probable that the real problem. I want to just make sure that you are on the latest version of the program. Go to the file menu and about and make sure you're on Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528).  It is not likely that having an older version is the real problem, but it's always good from the most recent version to let you know that you have all the bug fixes.

  • Unable to send emails in another country

Recently on a trip to the USA, in Canada, I was unable to send emails through windows live. Since returning to the Canada, there is no problem. Could someone tell me why and give me a solution to the problem?  Thanks Greg

nethop.NET is a really small ISP. You can ask them if they support a SMTP
nethop.NET no IP address or on 465 SSL or authenticated SMTP on port 587.
If they are not, your only option is to use your outlook.com/hotmail.com/gmail
etc account to access your messages through your ISP (and leave them in your Inbox to)
nethop) and use hotmail, etc. while traveling. You need to set up
    Advanced.

It is very common to see port 25 is blocked outside your own ISP.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones unable to receive emails

    Hello

I got my Blackberry Curve 8900 for 6 or 7 months without any problem since last night, I was unable to receive emails (apart from my t-mobile e-mail account), but I can send emails from all accounts. I deleted my accounts and configure them again and received the confirmation message that they are working, but still no emails coming. I tried to ring the support of T-Mobile (UK), but all I get is a message saying due to the large number of calls to the technical support they currently have to ring back later.

I also cut the phone, removed the battery etc but nothing works. Any suggestions?

Will there be a break in the Blackberry service in the United Kingdom?

    Sarah

    Hello

Yes, it started working again now.

    Thank you
