understand the class point

Hello
I created a point variable so that I can interpolate between points on a mouse roll,.
However, the dot class is new to me and I don't know where to put it in the settings

Any help would be appreciated!

    Exactly! It goes the same for your situation. Creating a table does not automatically create objects and insert them for you.

    I'm afraid it will make me look like an idiot, but... I just don't, so well, I'm missing something.

    Here's my situation: I have two USB MIDI devices connected to my computer, an edrum with 8 pads and a keyboard 25 keys, touch 16 and a bunch of buttons. Both devices allow me to completely configure the MIDI channel, note, the key pads, etc. and so on.

    So, ok, in my APPLICATION I plug just those, create a track for each instrument, I want to play, say each track to listen to a particular channel for a particular instrument, and I'm all set. The keys on the keyboard go to the channel where the synth plugin is listening, keyboard on another channel where a sampler is listening, and keys edrum go to a third channel where Superior Drummer is listening, etc. My edrums me has even let press a button to change between "kits", altering what channel/notes sends each pad, so I can load up, say, multiple instances of Superior Drummer and switch between them on the fly. Large.

    MainStage has much latency better than my DAW, so I'm trying to switch, but after searching around here, and by reading the manual (where the "Connecting MIDI instruments" section is literally just a diagram showing how to connect a MIDI cable and nothing else), I still feel stuck. It seems that I have to start by loading a concert (either drums or keyboards, but not two and no option for a clean slate), then shove a virtual representation of one of my instruments has not been included in the concert I have loaded and then link each individual pad notes not only a unit, not just a channel, but a specific (ditto the high/low notes on the keyboard).

    Why am associating notes with pictures of the pads when the whole point is that the notes are generated by the real thing?

    Why can't just say 'send some signals come from channel 1 device edrum to this plugin', and so on?

    Why am I spent the time to mount images of a keyboard and 24 portions on my screen (surprisingly difficult) when all I care gets ratings generated by a physical device to sounds generated by a plugin?

    Why this strange intermediaries?

    I know that mainstage is very well regarded by people who know more about this kind of things I do, so what I'm missing here? If I use the wrong tool for what I want to do, any suggestions for what I should try instead?

    If I understand the situation, all you really need to do is get rid of any control layout, you don't want, create the MIDI activity 2 monitors (1 for the keyboard, the other the drumpads), assign entries noon then label 2 devices for clarity.

    In edit mode, just do as you describe: assign one controls the activity of MIDI to a particular slice.

    I have a cRIO-9073 with a NI 9203 module. In LabVIEW FPGA, the card values are returned as a fixed point. LabVIEW chosen fixed point properties are (+/-, 21-4) that apparently offers a range of (- 3.125E - 2, 3.125E - 2, 2.98E - 8), and the current card in the range 4-20 MA with a resolution of only 16 - bit. My understanding of fixed point values is only slightly, then someone can explain to me why a 21-bit value is required for the 16 - bit acquisition data?

  • Help to understand the basics of the integration of Javascript/QML

    Hey all!

    I am just development of BB for the first time, so please bear with me. I'm not sure that understand the interaction between JS and QML. I understand that you can write JS in QML, particularly in managers of signals, and I used chunks of it with success. Also, I show/read by the "Javascript in QML" and JS linked in the pages of Qt, which helped a bit.

    You can also create a function directly in QML, no need to export to a js file unless you want to use other components (that are not subcomponents) as well.

    createObject (this) would create a new component with the parent defined on the object class, and if this is destroyed a new is also destroyed. This is useful when you create components dynamically as you don't have to delete them manually later.

  • Help! I don't understand the mechanics of the plot.

    Hi, I tried to understand the functioning of images in Flash.  I am new to ActionScript, so I don't know the inner workings of the language.  I tried to check the API but no Frame class is listed.  The closest thing is FrameLabel, and which was not useful.  I need to know a few things:

    (1) how do I know what I am?  If there is a class method, for this, what is the exact name?

    (2) how a framework?  I have a code with no timer, only listeners/event handlers, and I have an animation pirated without playing the clips on the line of working time.  The displayed pictures change every time I press an arrow key to move the character.  This isn't really what I want to do however, because I'm the visibility of the many different symbols of switching and update their position according to the original symbol of the player.  Very inefficient.  And does this mean that the frame ahead only when you press a button? Am I moving forward even the frame at all?  I don't know any method of advance structure.

    (3) how to work the frames on the time line?  I have all my symbols on a single image.  I did wrong in my constructor visibility because I don't want something to show when I first load the .swf file.  When I created a second image, everything went crazy and things began to appear.  This suggests that the visibility = false has been done only in the first picture?  What caused the framework change?  I really don't understand.

    Ideally, I would like to make an editable animation dynamically, because game actions will not be linear.  The player character will respond to the controls (which will change the animation) and it will meet the player (which will also change the animation).  I don't think I can do this without understanding management, so please help me.  I am very confused!  It would be cool for pointing me in the right direction as to where I can read about the details of the image.  I tried Adobe Tutorials, documentation, and support but it was not enough.  Is there a place where there is a very in depth explanation on the frames, or someone would be so kind as to taught me to their subject?

    Without layers. Inside the symbol Bob calle, go to frame 1 another symbol called state1 or how you want to name for the first condition. On frame 2 another symbol with its second State and so on. After that, you can call these States: bob.gotoAndStop (1), bob.gotoAndStop (2), etc.

  • Theory of the class from a perspective of creators

    Brief history of me. I used flash since version 3 as a designer. There, you go right on the question!

    I want to know how to make an object that I manually placed on the stage of the library with a class attached to it, to interact with the Document class?

    So, I'm basically dragging the element on the stage and this point has a related class and the Document class with all its subclasses should know that it exists.

    Now I'm dabbling with making Geometry Wars to learn AS3 Classes and it's been very fun, I created the Document class, my enemies and the player 1 spaceship. I worked on my various subclasses, and everything has been added to the scene by AddChild() and by all subclasses being created through the Document class...

    Each object of class was related to the Document class that all things were created by him or through subclasses under him. So I had to do what I wanted control. , However, I never see are generated dynamically at the stage of the elements. As a designer I want to liven things up here and there and then at specific times may take control of this issue with it's classy attached, but I want the Document to have a link at this point.

    Also everyone please stop generating text dynamically boxes all the time. Simply create a MovieClip with the elements of form on this subject if it is a form that will not change at all in the layout.     Why would you have to give it another name? Of course if you play with polymorphism then you have me. Not sure how to set up mcGoatFace in your library to bind to the class of pants, right?

    Also, personally, I don't like the use of the pre/post difficulty of things, more so than if mcGoatFace is that an instance of the class of pants shouldn't the name be pantsGoatFace? But personally I just use goatFace myself.

    Classes should be captialized also, but no instance of the class so even if you were to use something as you had before, I would do that

    Yet once it is a personal preference. I put underscore to help me know what properties are private and which are not. And lower case lets me know that this is not a class but and an instance of a class.

    Finally you are not in communication with the class, you communicate with an instance of the class! It's a subtle difference, but a real difference. The methods GetX and MoveX are not the methods of the class, they are the methods of the instance class. BTW, again I would start all the method with the lowercase names. getX() and moveX(). These two methods require that you have an instance of the class of pants. You cannot say getX() it must be somePantsInstance.getX () so that the method knows where to find this x from - specifically somePantsInstance.

    Other classes that you know, such as the math class, have methods that belong to the class and no instance of the class is required. So, if you want to round a number do you this:

    in my quest to understand the behavior of the ADF framework, I sometimes do some experimentation. When a result is unlike what I think, it suggests that there is something wrong with the understanding

    I belong to those who can not work if I do not receive an overview comprehesive of what I am working with (ADF)

    Here's a simple experiment that I could use some help to understand

    I created a simple application based on ADF BC and JSF (10.1.2)

    The model is simple EO based on the EMP table and updatable VO based on the entity

    I slipped and fell to the control of data collection in a page as a Table with record selector

    I created a button with the following code

    Just simple code for in-house advance lines of two pointer line and then see how this is reflected in the page. This test is just for me to understand how the iterator binding refers to the actual set of rows.

    Scenario (1)

    -Run the page, the first line on the page is selected - planned, VO rowselector points on the first line
    -Click on the commandbutton control, the code above is executed
    -the rowselector forward twice and should point to the third row on VO
    -on the page of the third row must be selected
    RESULT: Match perfect and both command Print print the same value
    -Press and hold the control button, line guard page selector advances two lines at a time... which is good

    Scenario (2)

    -Run the page, the first line on the page is selected - planned, VO rowselector points on the first line
    -use the mouse and select the fourth row on the screen (not pressed) - VO is always level 1, screen on set, iterator binding binds to the rowset VO is always the first row referenes
    -Press the button
    -the page maintains its fourth selected line, while the System.out.println (vo1.getCurrentRow ().getAttribute("Empno")); prints the 7521 value which is the third - row
    -I don't feel happy, the current iterator of VO is on the third row, visually, it's fourth, which means that the selection of the user on the Web page did not consider. And this goes against my intiution


    -Press again, I find that line of page selector is the sixth line (4 + 2), therefore the iterator to all VO lines (synchornized times)

    Scenario (3)

    Run the page, the first line on the page is selected - planned, VO rowselector points on the first line
    -use the mouse and select the fourth row on the screen (not pressed) - VO is always level 1, screen on set, iterator binding binds to the rowset VO is always the first row referenes
    -Press the button SUBMIT - 4th place is always selected as expected
    -Now press the order button, you will see that line on the screen selector forward two rows and print indicates that the VO has also progressed to the same value
    -Se TRANSLATE only after pressing send, the frame cought his breath and synchronized things

    Coming background FORMS, things of this nature never would have happened with Disk Manager.

    I tried to project what has happened to the lifecycle ADF to try to understand how the interaction of the user affects the selection of lines, but was unable to reach a unified solution. What follows as an attempt for scenario (2)

    The user moves the selection to the fourth line
    The command button is pressed.
    Life cycle JSF begins with the RESTORATION of the VIEW.
    Apply request values (I guess the lines selection made by the user to become an integral part of request values?)
    Prepare the model (this is a post (postback), property of refreshment has ifNeeded, Binidng is created again and VO is always first in the poinitng)
    Validation process (no validation as no data entry)
    Model update (don't know if at this point the update of the line VO iterator? if so it should point to the fourth line)-doesn't seem to be the case
    Invoke the application, the listener of the action is executed and the VO is forced to move twice under the command button code
    Prepare the Render: it is a step where the link needs to be updated and reflect the currernt VO (rank 6) line
    Render: The page where the sixth line is selected

    where I am wrong! appreciate your comments

    It's what makes the difficult framework, if it is not clearly documented so the flow is very well understood by developers in one day, the developer must spend days and days debugging problems. This sure beats the idea of using frames to increase productivity

    Quick question - is the button that you add code to the same area (the "select and" area) as the button submit table?
    I'm guessing that it isn't and that the explanation is that just by clicking on a specific record in the table is not actually indicate to the controller layer is a selected line.
    The Send button did this update.
    One solution might be to set the autosubmit to the selected component to be true.

    I loved tab 'Fox '. A click and go on a site added you to 'top sites' before. The update 5.0, this feature is no longer available. It was a disappointment. There is a similar feature "add on" that is, as tab 'Fox' compatible with 5.0. If yes I would like to know about it. Or better yet... make it usable with Firefox 5.0 ' Fox' tab if upgrades cancel features previously downloaded that work really... What's the point?

  • Tecra S1: Move the mouse pointer

    From time to time my mouse pointer moves slowly upward or sideways. This happens once anchored and when not docked. In the latter case, I have an external mouse not attached.

    This problem is really annoying, especially when you try to hit a box for example.

    Any ideas?

    If you use the pointer internal (the stick between GH and B), it is very common that the ca of pointer starts to move.
    The reason is a bit technical but very understandable.
    The mouse pointer works like a small joystick. Means that it is that you push forward, down, sideways and so on. However, please check the HOUSE or 0-position from time to time. When you're not, this would be a normal position of the HOUSE for us but it doesn't.
    It is therefore possible that it may be wrong to believe that the position of the HOUSE is when you push forward.
    If you stand and do not change the position of the needle for (I think) 2 separate controls the position of the HOUSE, this position will then be the new post HOME until the next time he finds another.
    Actual cases is not that extreme, of course, but more normal cases are that you bend your finger on the pointer when for example reading something on the screen. The pointer can recognize as a small boost, and if you do go, then he could have a new position of the HOUSE and start to drift or it could be "heavy" feeling in a certain direction.
    The solution? Simple! Leave it on for about 5 seconds and it will go away.

    If you have this problem, even if your not even using the pointer, then I guess you have a hardware problem.
    Try disabling the internal mouse by pressing FN + F9.

  • Lint trap fails with the Classes of LV

    I'm working on a large (1600 + screw) of the project, for a few years now.

    Long ago, I created a program of "lint filter.  Here's what it does:

    1... make a list of all the files in all of the LLBs in the project folder and subfolders.

    2... to read a file of EXCLUSION and remove screws specified in the list.

    3 open... all HAND screw for programs (one by one).

    4.. remove this VI from the list.

    5... find out all subVIs called by this main VI. Remove them from the list.

    6... find out all subVIs called by THESE subVIs.  Remove them from the list.

    7... repeat 3-6 until all screws are covered.

    All that is left is "Lint" - live have any appellants.  If it's a dynamically called VI, I put in the EXCLUSION list and run again.

    The point is the discovery of false starts and screws I created, but not a not end up using.  I can then delete those and keep the code free of lint.

    Everything works beautifully for years, until I started to use objects (LV).  For the last month, I was including a descendants of class and severel parent in the project.

    The project works.

    However, it has generated a lot of fluff.  Some of the old code has been replaced, and I made a few false starts, he didn't screw is not used.

    The problem is - the lint filter reports now over 200 lint screws, some of them I know are really. (If I remove one, the main VI is broken).

    I traced the problem to the fact that the Classes appear to be invisible.

    Here's some code that continues the screw and subVIs, etc.. :

    The problem is - the exit CALLED this property node does not list all the LVCLASS elements, or any screws that take an entry CLASS.

    Even a simple test cases, and with a constant of CLASS and a CLASS VI, will not be displayed.

    Any normally called VI is in the list, but if it is related to a class, it is forgotten.

    Anyone have any ideas on how to make lint filter works in this case?

    Technical support comes through (thanks, Chris!) with a response:

    Given a reference of VI, there is a method (call the node) called GET VI RELATIONSHIPS that can be used.

    There are all sorts of options, which must INCLUDE all OVERRIDES THEM.

    I guess that will always leave a substitution that I wrote, but never actually call.

    Yet, this is a great step in the right direction, and it is MUCH faster than through the chain myself.

    If a parent method is cast down to the child class, and then a method is used to update some data in the class data, that the data is visible with a probe on the wire coming from the object? Or is the data view of the data in the parent class data and not the child?

    I have a problem where the parent class is executed instead of the child's class and I can't understand why...

    I don't know if I know more precisely what you're asking, but maybe this will help you.

    The default probe will show you the data that makes up the type of wire.  Thus, for children's classes it shows data childs and no ancestor.

    If it is a top-level class thread displays only the data for the parent class, it will inform you of the actual wire type, since we know children can spend as their parents.

    Now, I think that what you're asking, is if it is possible to see the data for children, the son of parents.  I don't know, but you should be able to make sensors for you show more information based on the actual type.
