  That is right. Emphasis is placed on the main SOA and using the Oracle SOA Suite 11 g products. Behind the scenes, Java EE is at work at the top of the WebLogic application server, however the greater part of the Java EE programming model is abstract so far by a higher level SOA Suite provides. Themes such as BPEL, rules engine and composite are the appropriate level of the development of a tool like SOA Suite 11 g.

It's not just the Java programming and Java EE are not more important, it's just that we have very powerful new tools and technologies (such as SOA Suite 11 g) to raise the level of abstraction to the point where the typical enterprise developer can be much more efficient and effective. They can spend less time infrastructure and more time on the 'real work' (covering the problem/opportunity).

  This file is 'in service '?  If this utility is just a single exe file, you can probably remove mode without failure or by following these steps:

  1. Open a prompt window commands and using the CD (change directory) command, navigate to the directory where the exe file is located.  For example, cd C:\Program Files\PrivacyRoot\Wipe2011
  2. Open (CTRL + ALT + DELETE) Task Manager
  3. In the Task Manager process tab, select explorer.exe, right click and select "end process".
  4. Your screen will be white, except for the two open windows (command prompt and the Task Manager)
  5. In the command prompt window, remove the file (e.g., del wipe2011.exe)
  6. In the Task Manager window, click file > new task (run...), type explorer.exe in the "Open" box, and then click OK
