Hello Chet,

Here is a link for the Tandberg MXP user guide

http://www.Cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/TD/docs/Telepresence/endpoint/MXP-serie...

At page 262, you will see the list of the pins out of the 6000MXP codec and 302 page gives you the pinout of the Wave2 camera entry.

Hope this helps

    Hello everyone.

I need to know how we can extend the camera HDMI cable and the control of camera d-SUB/RJ45 cable up to 50 m.

We know that HDMI cab be extended to aid commercial Extender HDMI, but we do not know if the C60 uses standard HDMI signal. and what about the control cable. ?

You can use any standard HDMI extender to extend HDMI video cable.

For camera control cable, you can make your own cable from camera to extend existing or just cable one as long as you need. See the camera cable pinout scheme in the PrecisionHDMC camera Guide on pg 17. If the camera cable is more than 5 meters, the unit must be plugged into a power supply for camera (PSU-CAM-V =), as the time is too long for the codec to power the camera.

  • EqualLogic PS series console RJ45 cable pinout

    Hello world

I have an Equallogic storage array to use for the test which I believe is a ps100e, with two controllers blue sata ports having back series RJ45. Nothing I've used so far has had any kind of traffic from them, then someone can help me with a pinout of the console cable that was included with the devices? (I got was the machine itself). I saw a few summaries puts online buy them, but I'm a bit of a hurry and don't have much of a budget, so I was hoping to do so they are considered non-standard.

    Thank you!

Here is the pinout settings and baud.   Make sure that this flowcontrol is disabled on the serial port.

We find this info on the site Web of Equallogic.

    The title of the solution

Cable to the serial Console, identifying Type I, II controllers, the RJ-45 connector pinout

    Details of the solution

    Type 1:

FRU PN IS 95-0444. Cable 'dongle' will have a white label with 51-0003-02 marked top. It is 10 inches long, black, with DB - 9 (M) money and a micro DB-9 at the other end.

You can order the dongle as a Molex 83421-9052 reference number to search on google. You will also need to a modem cable Null to go with it, if you don't have one, easy to find, even the most Radio Shack has them.

    Type 2:

FRU PN 95-0517. Cable will have a white label with 51-0008 marked top. It is 10 feet long, black with the RJ-45 at the other end and a DB-9 (F)

Here is the pinout of the connector RJ-45 series of EqualLogic Type-2 (SATA 2 command Module):

    1 - DTR (out)

    2 - CTS (en)

    3 - chassis Gnd

    4 - RxD (in)

    5 - TxD (out)

    6 Sig Gnd

    7 - RTS (out)

    8 - DSR (en)

In the current firmware versions we do not deliberately set, or answer, the control signals (DTR, CTS, DSR, RTS), then you must either configure the device you connect so that it ignores them, or provide telesignalisations the according to the needs.

The series settings are: 9600 baud, 8 bits, 1 stop bit, no parity, no flow control.

    Hello

After connection to the tandberg 6000 mxp codec HD camera, I get message camera not connected.

Camera cable aboard MXP is similar, but it does not work with 6000 MXP codecs. I assume that your cable is marked with C3000 (works only with Edsge and 3000 MXP codecs). You need the cable marked with C6000. I don't know the SKU of CISCO for this cable. It may help you reference TANDBERG:

  • C40 Camera control maximum length of cable RJ45 to d - SUB

    Hello

What is the maximum cable length for the control of camera on a Cisco C40 port?

    Thank you

    Kyle

According to the PrecisionHDMC camera Guide, page 17, the camera cables that usually come with codecs can be 5, 6.5, or up to 20 meters.  Anything more than 5 meters requires the camera powered by the power of the camera and not the codec using the camera control cable itself.

I have a few installs custom where the camera control cable is well up to 75-100 feet.  Just follow the outputs pins on the same page as above to make your own cable and don't forget to use the POWER-CAM-V = power supply to power the device.

  • TouchSmart 520: Camera not recognized

I had my Touchsmart for 2 or 3 years now and have always used with Google Photos (Picasa) for edit and download. I first used a Canon EOS 400 d and a couple of years, upgraded to a 7 d. All were working well.

Last week, I returned from vacation with about 1,000 pictures on my camera and my Touchsmart plugged the cable of the camera as usual, but it does not recognize the camera. She did little to sound a device makes when something plug into a USB port, but would not see the camera. I looked in the Device Manager to see if all the indicators showed ofr questions USB, none was.

I restarted the Touchsmart, always the same. I removed the two external HARD disks always the same so that the camera was the only thing that connected, I tried the camera cable in all 6 USB ports, the same. I tried another cable, the same thing. I then tried a card reader with the CF in this document card, initially the same. Then I had some weird problems with the PC it recognized as an external drive but showing some strange characters in the view, but as soon as I tried to access the missing drive.

I looked to see if there was a specific driver for the 7 d, but there is not, then I downloaded the Canon EOS s/w utility and tried to see if that recognizes the camera but it didn't.

I jumped, then the CF card in the camera to find that the camera now showed the map in a vacuum; You can imagine how I felt thinking I had lost 7 days of vacation photos! I tried on the Touchsmart once again and it was the same thing, so I took a few pictures and they have now read on the camera but it was all that was there. I accepted that I had lost all.

Last resort, I plugged the camera on Asus laptop, W8 for my wife and it recognized the camera and I downloaded on his laptop, then used a HARD drive them to get to the mines.

I then formatted the card in my camera and tried CF in the Touchsmart, still does not recognize it. So, I ordered a new card see That happened today, I took some pictures in the garden, plugged the camera on the Touchsmart and you guessed it, he still does not recognize. I tried to plug in the card reader and it shows up as an external drive, but as soon as I plug the inside CF card, it is the view.

Therefore, I hope that someone out there can help as I don't want to have to go through the process of loading on my wife's cell phone photos, copy them to a HARD drive, and then loading them on my Touchsmart whenever I have to deal with pictures.

  • Video output Qosimio G20 S problem - NTSC TV

    Hi all

I have a Qosmio G20-110, bought in the United Kingdom and problems of video output via the S-video cable to a flat TV in US I have the image but it rolls down very quickly. When he does that, I played video clips AVI on windows media player. I followed the Nvidia Setup program to get the result on portable computer LCD screen and tv screen synchronized, and that's ok, except for the picture of rolling. I don't know if there is a problem with the NTSC output - is this still a problem when watching digital videos on your laptop? - or if it's a different kind of problem. Any advice much appreciated.

BTW, I read elsewhere on the forum that the media center TV works in the country of purchase - not the case with my laptop, I've watched television successfully both in the United Kingdom (PAL system) and the United States (NTSC system).

Is it possible to check or change the type of output via s video cable?

    Hello

I have no experience with a standard NTSC TV but AFAIK the PAL signal supports 50 Hz and supports the NTSC 60 Hz signal.
Maybe it has something to do with your problem.

You will find the detailed description:
    http://en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/NTSC

However, in your case I would recommend BISO settings.
In many of the BIOS version, you can pass the video parameters between NTCS and PAL.

PS: I recommend you to test the video output also on different TV s to make sure this isn't a TV related issue.

    Good luck

    Hello Joe,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you have questions, import and delete the photos from the camera. We are happy to help you in the matter of fixing.

You can check the below link to import photos from the camera.

    1. First, connect your digital camera, and press the Power On button. Windows 8, which will detect the camera and will install the appropriate drivers.
    2. After the driver installation is complete, the AutoPlay menu appears.
    3. Select the option import pictures using Windows.
    4. In the lower right corner of the screen, a small window asking if you want to mark photos will appear. You can type a general images you want to import. Tags can be very useful to organize and find your photos.
    5. If you do not want to insert a tag just leave this space empty and click Import.
    6. If you want to customize the import settings, click the Options button. Now you can change the following settings: where pictures import them (the default folder is pictures - if you want another folder, click Browse and select or create this folder), the name of the folder (by default the name of the folder will be the date when the images are imported over the tag you entered) and the file naming convention.
    7. When you are finished, click the OK button. These settings apply to all the photos you want to import in the future.
    8. After you click import, Windows 8 starts to move all your photos.  If you want the pictures to be removed from your camera once the import process is completed, click the Delete after import check box.
    9. Once the process is complete, start Windows Photo Gallery and you will be able to see all the photos that have been imported.
    10. Now, turn your unit off and unplug the cable to connect to your PC.

If this does not help then, try the steps below to get the images from the camera.

    1. Go in computer.
    2. You will find the camera under portable device or removable devices.
    3. Double-click on this unit and you can copy and paste from this location and import it onto your computer.

I hope this helps. Otherwise, feel free to write us back for assistance.
