  I found the solution myself.  For a longer length, 14-gauge is necessary.  I have this and it seems to fix the problem.  He could have a blockage, but I'm not sure.  Been working normally for more than a week with this 15' cord

  I understand that you have lost the power cord for your HP Officejet Pro 8600 more e-all-in-one printer and you want to replace it. I would like to help you to solve this problem today.
