  You must get the update of the firmware that can handle the type of file the same place ROMA, you got the firmware file.  From what I see, they seem specific to the product updated. http://www.FileInfo.com/extension/ROM if they don't have it, talk to their technical support staff and ask them what type of program is required to install the firmware provided in ROM format and where you can get it.  Vista doesn't have the ability to read a file ROM type  Some software must be added to give this capability.

  I recntly bought a new computer (Windows XP Pro, WMP 11). When I connect my Sansa m240 in MSC mode, tells me that there are no files on the device so much in my computer & Windows Media Player. However enter into properties of the device on my computer shows the device as almost complete, like the sync in WMP 11. Why can't I access the files on the device? Thanks for any help!

  My computer started crashing quite frequently with "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" error about three weeks ago.  I tried defraging, clean disk upward and a fast and comprehensive analysis of the Norton computer and I tried to check the threads on some hardware, as the WLAN adapter (since recently stopped working) and it always crashes on me.  It seems to crash a lot when my internet goes suddenly to limited with little performance connectivity yellow sign on the subject, and when I go to disconnect and reconnect or simply use diagnose and fix computer freezes, then crashes.

  As you can see, the driver is too old. From what I found, this driver belongs to thesoftware of fingerprint AuthenTec . You use this software? If so, update the software please. If there is no update, delete.

  Hello... long time user of lightroom - bought a sony rx 100 iv and can't do raw (arw) to be recognized files.  I'm on version 5.7.1 and have found through this forum, people can indeed get their x 100 arw iv files to load properly.  any help would be greatly appreciated.  Preview of files is empty (preview not available for this file) and import back reports that this file type is not supported.  Please help - thanks!

  I'm on a Windows 7 Pro machine and until a week ago was running applications CC 2013 updated as body 7.2.2 Ps, AI, etc... Who ran smooth as butter.

  After the update of the CC desktop app and installing versions of PS 2014, HAVE, PR, AE, etc (previous versions CC 2013 have been installed yet at this point), I noticed that the file associations have been broken.

  In addition, when I'm in PS 2014 and go to file > Browse in Bridge - instead of launching the bridge, it launches the application of Office CC and guests me with "Are you sure you want to install this version of the bridge"? The first time, it prompted me to do so I of course did so all my apps are up to date. However, whenever I try to open the bridge to the PS it does the same thing.

  Any idea what's going on?

  From what I've been reading on various forums, there are many problems with the versions of the apps 2014. Very frustrating. Big mistake for me to install apps as soon as 2014, I should have waited a few months before the first round of the plots were out.

The message then told me that it's not the correct CD.
  I thought about uninstalling Power Shell, but I get a message that it could lead to things like updates of IE and do not work. What should I do?

  The messge comes up saying that it is not the correct CD as Service Pack of the CD must match with the Service Pack installed on your computer.   Thanks for responding. Ive managed to the open. A bridge of photoshop CC. does not open the 5dmk3 Canon files once a CC update I have tried several things but nothing had worked. Then downloaded the update before running it instead of running the update of the site. It worked. Thanks a lot again

  Just curious, it may use the Clip + (especially an external micro SD card) to store other types of files (images, word processing documents and other files that are not readable/playable by the Clip +, IE)? Indeed, it would be like using the Clip + fact card reader or USB key. She would even agree to transfer the files, and if so, the presence of unrecognized file types would somehow screw up the media database? The method to my madness, it's that if possible, it would make for a convenient way to transfer files between my home and work PC, since I use the Clip + at both locations.

  Yes. I did it myself on files larger than is practical to send an e-mail to my work address, or vice versa.

  Just be sure to use the MSC on the Clip +. This makes it appear like just another (drive) storage device on your computer.
