  I have questions after I tried to update my BB Q10 on 10.1.0.4181. I received a notification that there is an update of the device software, so I made a backup of my Q10 with Blackberry link before the update.   I thought about it. I suggest to anyone that they do not do the update live, but rather to connect to the Blackberry link on your laptop computer and load the update there. I Redid the update via Blackberry link and now my phone is back to normal.

  Hmmm Strange that link both will tell you that you are later AND also download an update. Strange.

  It could be purely coincidental... something could have been wrong with your router as you did the update for BB. Or, it could have been caused by the BB... There are bugs in some of the oldest levels of BB10 OS that caused strange problems for people on their WiFi connections.   When I opened my desktop version, v1.1.023, it prompted me download an update, so I went on the site Blackberry Blend, clicked on DOWNLOAD for PC, only to find it is an even older version "Download BlackBerry 10 Palm Desktop v1.1.0.22 (Windows OS) Software Installer"

  So my (obvious) question is, how to make, I download the latest version for my office?

  Personally, NEVER above the Air software update .the are a few suggestions for restore you your device from this situation:

  There are two methods for recovering for you to try:

  One:

  • Open Blackberry Desktop Software & connect your device with the PC using the USB cable, without inserting the battery.
  • You have three Retry option, update or cancel, and then click Update.
  • Once it is at the stage of the "initialization of pocket" update, then insert the batteries.
  • If this does not work, and you get stuck on the safeguarding of social data feeds, go to the second method below.

  Second:

  • Connect to the BlackBerry Desktop Software and allow handheld to connect. If you are prompted to update, cancel the upgrade for later.

  • Go to device > delete > SELECT DATA > select this option to remove the Social flow and smart card data bases and follow the rest invites you to complete.
  • Now, you can go back and click to update the device through the Desktop Manager, or restart the BlackBerry in normal mode and continue on the upgrade of the air.

  The terms of the terms of USE on this forum we cannot speculate on what Apple may or may not do. That being said, there is no priority for what you ask. There is no way of knowing how long your device will be able to continue to upgrade to new versions of iOS. As long as he is able to run the new versions of iOS, it is fully supported.   Please check if you have this version of the camera installed which include your raw files.

  It would also be that your photoshop will not have to install this version of camera raw as its very old.

  In this case, you can convert your raw files to DNG and can use it.

  Thank you for your response. It was the right solution, but I missed something in your response. I had to start several times to download / update. Throw/delete (or the procedure of the description) files don't get past not like you described, but I tried something myself and it worked finally.

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept

  Right click on the key to the follower, and then choose Remove.

  In the dialog box confirm the key deletion, click OK.

  Your permission is removed.

  ADE will be cancelled now.

  Now allow ADE new.
