Update blackBerry Verizon 10.1 Z10 disappeared

It's probably a problem with Verizon, but here goes: I have attached my Z10 this morning to the PC and open link. He showed there was a software update available so I clicked on it to start the installation. It failed with an error of not having an internet connection (sorry - I do not write it). I have a rock solid cable connection.  I have restarted since Z10 and PC, but can not get the link to show the update (assuming it was 10.1) was available. Link always shows my version as 10.0.9.422. I can't find a way to force the link to search for an update. No other problems - backup went very well, PC works well, Z10 connected via USB directly to the PC. I then tried the OTA update.  I had received a notification that the 10.1 update was available, so I clicked on the link.  I immediately got a message saying I had the latest version of the software, but this clearly isn't.  Any way to 'force' the update or get the update yet?

They were released again and I was able to update! Thank you. Problem solved.

    My wife just download updated 10.2.1.2977 once the download is finished, I noticed our internet connection was VERY slow so I decided to go into the router and see if there's a problem. The router would not let me with the URL despite trying several times. I contacted Plusnet who recognized, I had a problem and offered to restart the router that has not worked. Then, they suggested a factory reset by putting a PIN in the reset hole at the back and connecting a cable between your laptop and the router back my ID and password.     It could be purely coincidental... something could have been wrong with your router as you did the update for BB. Or, it could have been caused by the BB... There are bugs in some of the oldest levels of BB10 OS that caused strange problems for people on their WiFi connections.     To unlock new features, fix bugs and other things. The OS is written by humans, who are notoriously imperfect... updates are needed to correct these mistakes caused by humans (like the one who remains in la.2977.

    Is there something I need to do to update Blackberry World?  I am running 4.2.1.111 and want to access the latest version, but there is no obvious way to upgrade.  Any help would be appreciated.

    I want to update blackberry 10 in z3, but it requires more than 4.5 GB free space. It is possible to do more than 4.5 GB of free space to z3 of blackberry that already comes with 8 GB.

    I deleted all applications to remove like facebook, SMS, contacts, related to, four squre and all others.

    But other applications that come as default by the company occupy space. Is there any solution to make more free space...?

    Hmmm Strange that link both will tell you that you are later AND also download an update. Strange.

    If there are problems of the Internet between your computer and the servers of BlackBerry, then what you describe could happen. To use this method, the only advice is to keep trying and I hope that it can work at a given time.

    Other methods, we could give you would be unofficial AutoLoaders which are totally destructive, replacement of ALL currently in your device with a new OS. So to use this method, you or the other must be able to succeed in a link - database backup / restore, a third party backup / restore or be prepared to start over from scratch.

    You must activate the BlackBerry data Plan / BIS on your account, it will allow you to add your BlackBerry ID on your phone and allow you to use all BlackBerry services via your Mobile network. Please call your operator or mobile service provider they can add it to your account.

    You should be able to restore the backup file Z30 to your loan Z10. You could get the strange app that won't work because it is not supported on the Z10, but otherwise, you should be OK. The only problem would be if the Z10 has an older version of the operating system as the Z30. In this case, you will need to update the OS on the Z10 before restoring your backup file Z30 to it.

    Personally, NEVER above the Air software update .the are a few suggestions for restore you your device from this situation:

    There are two methods for recovering for you to try:

    One:

    • Open Blackberry Desktop Software & connect your device with the PC using the USB cable, without inserting the battery.
    • You have three Retry option, update or cancel, and then click Update.
    • Once it is at the stage of the "initialization of pocket" update, then insert the batteries.
    • If this does not work, and you get stuck on the safeguarding of social data feeds, go to the second method below.

    Second:

    • Start your BlackBerry in safe mode.  Article ID: KB17877 how to start a mode BlackBerry smartphone without failurehttp://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB17877
    • Connect to the BlackBerry Desktop Software and allow handheld to connect. If you are prompted to update, cancel the upgrade for later.
    • IF you can not connect or your desktop software does not recognize your device in Mode safe, please follow the instructions here to force detection: Article ID: KB10144 how to force detect the BlackBerry smartphone using the Application Loader
    • Go to device > delete > SELECT DATA > select this option to remove the Social flow and smart card data bases and follow the rest invites you to complete.
    • Now, you can go back and click to update the device through the Desktop Manager, or restart the BlackBerry in normal mode and continue on the upgrade of the air.

    I recently started to get Blackberry emails advising me that it did not have an update of the OS. I was getting this every day. I updated the phone to the latest OS 10.2.1.3014, in my case, that worked well. I always get these daily emails to 13:15. Else stange, is that after what they they appear and disappear after a few hours until the next day and the same thing happens. Very strange...

    Does anyone else know this?  I don't have this previous scenario with the operating system upgrade.

    Okay, it looks like that going on in Updae OS phone stopped me e-mails. None received until today. We'll see if

    they are actually in effect.

    whenever I plug my phone into blackberry link it tells me to download the update at 10.1.0.2039. I download and it says that have successfully downloaded. Plug it in again and it tells to download me again?

    Ignore the message. For some reason any, I don't know, link think that you don't have to level, maybe you have deleted one or more applications stocks after the upgrade, such as Verizon-pushed, like AllAccess applications, or such? If this is the case, it will continue to upgrade you to install these applications bug. What I do is just to hide these applications in a folder away.

    I got a notification of updated OS today to 10.2.0.429 and updated, it is installed without any problem. I then went to see why there was an update and all information is not found, but found a few saying that their text messaging not working - when I have my tests, I quickly discovered that I can no longer send messages or text recceive messages.  E-mails work fine, but the SMS cross. I can't find a way to roll back the update of the OS and I am concerned about wiping everying - anyone else having this problem and have any ideas, what to do?
