  • the STL100-1 is a v10.2.1.2941;
  • the STL100-2 is currently a 10.2.1.2141.

  Update on STL100-1 was made on the same carrier a month ago.

  • Full of possible restoration
  • All data, applications, and the files have been recovered but the contacts
  • Tried a partial restore to local applicatio / Calendat / contacts only

  Can someone help me please?

  I got an unlocked BB Z10 STL100-1, according to the packaging, he ran 10-0-10 Bundle 648.  I started a data plan with lime - Barbados Local carrier while putting the phone, I received a new notification software. I then upgraded to the version of the software 10.2-0.415/ OS 10.2.0.1767.

  Since the upgrade I can not access my photo app, I got the error msg "Camera cannot be started", watch videos on the video application or browser, take a screenshot.

  I tried a factory reset and reload the software link BB, also tried of wiping and formating the card memory as someone suggested it might be a compatibility problem.

  Any Suggestions?

  Update:

  Tried the update to OS 10.2.0.1803 as suggested in another thread, still no solution.  Use an automatic charger to downgrade the OS 10.1.04633. Camera works fine, no problem of media. I am happy

• BlackBerry Blackberry Maps Z10 does not not on Telus

  BlackBerry Maps were not loading for me since yesterday at 19:00.  I rebooted my phone, took in the SIM without success.  The map loads and get my position, but the entire map is just a blank white screen.

  A friend in one of the BBM groups in that I am is also having the same problem with a Z10 on Telus.  It is in Calgary, I'm in Toronto.  Internet and everything works.  Third-party applications that use the API of the card still work perfectly.

  I'm on Telus with an OS Z10 10.1.0.4181

  I use the Blackberry Maps 10.1.0.810 version

  There work.  had clear the history:

  1. open maps

  2. pull on the adjustment of the top menu (sliding down the top and press settings)

  3 clear history

  4. all clear

  5 cards close and restart maps

  Don't know why it would have created a problem although...

  Cards work fine, except that the screen is empty. Occurs with Blackberry Maps and BeMaps Pro. So useless for navigation.

  Mine stays on then anyway using cards, I don't know why yours is not. This is why it is not a parameter.

  Your code is wrong. Your if condition returns true is sensor of support (which is) and then executes these instructions that tell you that it is not supported. Your logic is false.

  And the data source is in fact TomTom, not Google Maps.

  I recommend that you use Google Maps, personally, they are a bit softer and richer than BBMaps.
