Update driver error

I use a computer 15-n240tx laptop and I installed windows 8 to it.
After installing the drivers, I have still a question mark for a rider like below.

What should I do for this?

Hello:

I'm sure that you need this driver...

Press the Windows key, type in "Device Manager" without the quotes and the Device Manager select from the list that appears, or press ENTER.

In the window that appears, find graphics card and press the sign more or arrow to the left of it. It should fall down the name of the video card you have.

  • Error 80070005 on update driver

I recently updated my driver for 6150 is nForce 430; There is an optional update that I tried to install it but I get the error code 80070005 (there is no additional number is this error code)

I must say that I have Winndows Vista Home premium 64-bit with IE 9.  I had problems with the latest version of Adobe Flash Player 11.6.168. I followed all the instructions I found from Adobe; but the last was to update my driver I did it; but the videos freeze again.  I thought that this option Update might help with the driver update.

    I also use Firefox

I get an error message when I try to run Fixit.  I signed up as an administrator.

The error code I have gt is 80070005 not Ox8007005; are they the same?

To install the updates, you should have administrator privileges.
The error can also be caused by third-party security programs such as firewalls and antivirus software.
Try disabling your antivirus or firewall during installation of the update.

  • Some keyboard keys do not work - error installing updated driver

    Separated from this thread.

    Hello Mr President

I have solved the problem now, I just pulled on the keys ctrl shift alt (left and right) at the same time using the screen keyboard on...

but there are some keys that don't work,

I tried to update driver for the keyboard, but has encountered an error while installing it...

I did also the hard reset but still the same,

Try to go in Mode safe mode with network and retry installation

    Start > type MSconfig

    Select the secure boot

    Select Secure Boot

    Select network

    Click on apply, Ok

    Reset

Then try to install the driver in safe mode

Have you spent at the manufacturer's Web site and looked for the driver to install manually?  Download the driver and save it in your downloads folder.  Once the download is complete, close the window of IE.  Look for it in your download folder and double-click it to start the installation.

  • Satellite T130-02F - display driver error

    Hello

I just bought the Satellite T130-02F and after choosing 32-bit operating system, I had the power to recharge the battery and then started to get 'to display driver errors"where the screen black flash and then flash back on. I checked Device Manager and Driver Details, the reader is up to date and as far as I can see is the suitable driver. I searched websites to see if there are other drivers out there ar, but its update.

I have nothing more have not installed on the computer again and find that I get the error more regularly on the farm rather than power, that concerns me. The computer is less than 24 hours old.
    Any advice?

    Mobile Intel (R) display firmware.
    Windows 7 32-bit is installed.

    Hello

In your case I would try to reinstall the display driver. You can find the latest version on the Toshiba site:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download drivers

After that, make sure that the latest version of the BIOS is installed. You can download the Toshiba site too.

If nothing works your only chance is an authorized service provider. It seems to be a hardware problem and should be checked for professional people.

    Welcome them

  • Driver error occurs when I try to write CD's to my Satellite Pro P200-1EE

I had many problems with the HD-DVD playback after several updates of BIOS that I can now do that... so I'm trying to burn a CD and Vista comes up with an error of the pilot. When I go into the Device Manager, the driver installed on the disc is 2006 and I can't find anywhere to download a new driver

So I try to use the recovery CD, and the drive no longer appears in my BIOS, so I can't boot from it?

Is there anywhere I can download an updated driver? I would also be able to boot from disk incase I do a system recovery.

    Hi mate,

I have followed this discussion and I am a little amused.
Like 'sanremo' I can tell you that the drive is DEFECTIVE definitvely, which means that it no longer WORKS.
It could be that the drive worked before, but that doesn't mean ANYTHING. If some piece of hardware kisses goodbye then it doesn't work anymore, without concern for how long, before, it worked like a charm.

The problem is that there are different layers in a computer system:

1 level equipment (motherboard, HDD, optical drive, lcd screen)
2 level BIOS (the BIOS settings, HARD drive and optical drive recognition, integrated device management)
3 OS level (management of equipment of the drivers, tools and windows windows)
    4. application level (burning software, Microsoft Word, Excel &, etc...)

Your problem is at level 1 (1. Material level) which means that the Player cannot be activated or reactivated by some update software/driver/BIOS fix/etc!

The drive must be replaced by a technician with a NEW drive. So, please do you a favor and send your machine to a servicepartner and you will have an optical drive that works again in no time.

Believe me, I use mobile systems for a long time and your problem is very clear. I just want to help you with my experience on mobile phones. ;)

    Greetings and nice week

  • Re: update driver Marvell Yukon ethernet on an Equium A300D

A month ago, I think it was I got an alert on the Toshiba Tempro tool for updating a driver for Marvell Yukon ethernet on my laptop driver. I downloaded the zip file by following the instructions on the site of Marvell (an updated driver was published on 18-08-08) and tried to install it, but that's when I hit a problem. When I try to install it tells me that a previous version is already installed and uninstall the previous version first.

The problem is when I go to Device Manager and try and find the driver, the only entry is for a 'Marvell Yukon 88E8040T PCI-E Fast Ethernet controller', but the driver I was prompted to install was one of Marvell Miniport driver.

At the time I just ignored him, thinking that the update was not relevant for me, but since then, I had a number of BSOD - the last afternoon - and in all cases when Windows has finished it's error report, it returns with advice that I need to update of the Marvell Yukon Semiconductor driver... and directing me to the download as I was originally directed worms by the Tempro alert. Of course again, it says I have uninstall the previous version before installing it, but as I can't find an earlier version of the Miniport driver to uninstall there is nothing I can do about it, even once I ignore it. Everything seems to work fine (apart from my current ignored problems of internet with my wireless connection and the fact that I can't seem to set up a connection wired (perhaps because this driver issue?), but sooner or later I get a BSOD even once, he accuses the Marvell Yukon driver so I'm back to square one.) I had the time BSOD now 4 or 5 in the last month.

    All advice appreciated.

    Hello

Have you tried to restore the operating system to an earlier time using System Restore tool?

  • Satellite Pro A40 guard stop with the ATI driver error message

My girls having some problems with her laptop and get back to Uni at the end of week for me to have a look on.

Basically, he keeps closing sometimes with an ATI graphics driver error message. I had updated the memory last Christmas and resinstalled from scratch.

My first impressions are it is overheating and I probably need to clean the fan, was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

    Thank you very much
    Keith (South end)

Satellite Pro A40 is about 3 years old and it is possible that the unit needs to be cleaned. If the appliance is used intensively, I assume that there is more dust inside. By overheating of the appliance stops suddenly without any warning.

As a first step the device. I don't know if it's the right idea to do it alone, but if you are familiar with laptops, you can give a try. After having done that, your daughter should carefully watch what happens the next few days.

  • Laptop HP 15-af122no: crash at startup after update driver AMD

I bought my computer on February 2016, so it is quite new. There are 10 Windows ready and recently it has been upgraded. My internet connection LAN, no problems with that.

Yesterday an automatic detection of AMD system informed me that my drivers need to be modernised and I gave her permission to upgrade, maybe that has been my biggest fault... After that I needed to restart the system, and I did. The computer started showing strange texts on the screen, I remember that one word from him, it was at the end of the first line: "watchdog". After that the text of HP showed and freezes on the screen. I tried to start the second time, the result was the same. Third time the texts initially showed no more, but the start crashed on HP display.

I am now on a computer it's not me and I tried to get help for this problem to the Support HP Finland, since I can't use HP Support Assistant on my HP. I found a few tips I've tried:

-J' removed the battery and the power cord, but it did not help

-After starting the computer, I pressed ESC several times to get in safe mode. Finally I got to a mode where I could enter a few commands (unfortunately I do not remember more..), but it does not give me the result I was expecting (and said what page of support must be the result). The computer said that it does not find these batch files requested.

I'm really sad that I have had no money to buy a proper memory stick or cd to make the stick recovery or discs... NOW, they may be needed.

I've been thinking about resetting the computer, but there could be some risk, too... Please, please, help me, I don't know what to do anymore. I hope you find a solution to solve this problem, thank you already!

Thank you for joining the Forums HP's Support and welcome! You have just a great place to ask questions, find solutions and get help from others in the community. I understand that once you had done a update driver and recently upgraded to level to Windows 10, now your HP for laptop - 15-af122no (ENERGY STAR) is not allowing you to start correctly.

Please note , remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

Are you blocking upward at the HP Logo?

Have you tried a hard reset?

Have you tried to Test for hardware failures?

Are - that you receive error messages or error codes?

You happen to see a blue screen to choose an Option at all?

If the computer hangs at the HP logo screen, try to clean the vents from the computer to the air and then restarting the laptop.

  • No Audio device and Audio HDA Bus Driver Error Win XP SP3

    Hello

I'm running a put together computer, with Windows XP SP3. I've recently accidentally got rid of my sound on my computer, eliminating the bad program in Add/Remove programs. I know that my computer is running Intel (r) 82801 AA AC 97 Audio Control. So I went to the thought of their site, I had deleted the drivers and audio devices. I downloaded the current driver, but this has not fixed the problem even with an update. So I went hunting online and found this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9idzHNWZLP0

, thinking maybe that would help me even though I am not a user real tek (have intel of course). But he said that it is compatible with windows xp. I tried downlaoding it and got the error: "could not complete the installation: missing Audio HDA Bus driver.

So now, it seemed to me, I had not only a mistake, but two. I tried to download a driver of Bus HDA, but this failed. I tried to look in the Device Manager to see if there was a red or yellow marker next to my audio devices and maybe they needed to be reinstalled. Showing a problem there, he said nothing everythign was working properly. I tried to use Soundmax audio driver as well, but who was also discussed with the bus driver error. I also went to http://noaudiodevice.com , and these solutions do not work either because I was not faced with a problem of yellow or red marker. I also did this off stupidly deletling the bad thing no one updated.

I'm almost at a loss at this point and was way over my head to start.
I could really use some help. I know that my computer when I had one month ago second hand but wiped off, had run soundmax. If you need more information about my computer or screen shots please let me know. I looked at the subjects here, and none seem to adapt to this situation for me.

Did you get the specific drivers for your motherboard?
If this isn't the case, remember to search the downloads specific to what you have.
