Update iTunes 11.1.4 corrumpted files on Windows 8

I've never had a problem updating ITunes on my PC in Windows 8. But now, I tried everything without success.

When I install iTunes, Setup hangs when it cannot start the Apple Mobile Device Service. If I ignore this error and try to launch iTunes, I get a message that says that iTunes has not been installed properly Windows error 127.

To try to solve the problem, I uninstalled all the programs Apple publishes and deleted the following folders on my computer.

C::\Program Apple

C::\Program files (86) \Common Files\Apple

I also remove anything Apple on startup on my computer programs.

In fact, I have all these steps have done more than once, but get the same problem when I install Tunes 11.1.4. It seems a message the bonnet that MSVCR80. DLL is damaged or missing is relevant to the problem with iTunes.

I also ran a malware and antivirus scan and go without success.

I'm sure that all my Windows updates are up-to-date.

I have also analysis with the Microsoft Safety Scanner and Windows Defender with no success.

I ran sfc/scannow at the command prompt and got a message that the corrupted files were found and the details have been placed in a CBS. LOG file. I tried without success to open this text file with Notepad, but get the message that I don't have sufficient security access, even if I did so that I have a FULL ACCESS to the file. So I don't know how I can fix the corrupted files.

I reinstalled the latest redistributable C++ library, but that didn't fix the problem either.

I am running Windows 8.0 Pro. I tried several times to upgrade to Windows FREE 8.1 but he's still fails with the error 0 X 80070004. This may or may not be the result of files corrupt that sfc found. My Pro 8.0 upgrade was a free upgrade to Pro 7.

I would be willing to pay for a full version of Pro 8.1, if I thought it would solve my problems.

Bob

The first step I would do is to run the DISM to repair files SFC could not.  The instructions that are at the end of this wiki

    iOS9 on a mobile device requires iTunes 12.3 or higher, which in turn requires a computer running OSX 10.8.5 or higher.  Update of the system only checks the updates for the current version of the system you run, but that itself can be updated.  It may or may not be possible to upgrade your computer to the system requirements. Find your computer on the web site of http://www.everymac.com model and near the bottom of the specification of the system section, he will tell what versions of the operating system, it is able to run. If you can not run a newer system, you will not be able to sync this phone to your current computer. If she can run 10.8.5 or higher, you can either buy a download for Apple OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion code online, or you can try to install the free El Capitan OSX 10.11.  El Capitan can run slower on older machines and require the additional purchase of RAM.  Making a big jump in versions of system is also more likely to affect the old software.

  • ITunes will not sync my files on my phone

    I recently updated my iPhone 5S for a 6s. We have backed up all my files to the store and transferred a few months ago. No problem. I used my phone regularly since then without adding new songs, but recently I pulled a couple my computer I wanted to put it on. When I plugged my phone in I ran ios 9.3 (updated just a day or two ago) and Itunes 12.1. When I clicked on my phone and checked the amount of memory that I had left, it showed that I was using 10,96 GB 'data '. The category that I thought once was left for iOS and the rack system. But for some reason thought iTunes all my data was 'other '. So I updated iTunes to 12.4, backed up my phone and restored. Well now iTunes can't find my iCloud backups or my computer, and I cannot sync ANY music on my phone. I tried to update the driver, by checking the "manually sync music" and choosing then what I want, but nothing works. ITunes will show that it is the synchronization for a split second and then stop. I also ran the itunes sync test and got this:
