  I had similar problem and puzzled. I make sure the update of the RPD is copied to the Save loacation as configuration, I stop the server of the OBI and presentation Services. Then I start the server of the OBI, check the log file and make sure the correct repository file is used and all thematic areas are loaded and then start presentation Services. But I still see the old catalog of responses.

  The I got the time way is to delete a catalog of Presemtaion to the sea layer in the Server administration tool (may instead add a dummy catalogue), save it, restart the server, check the log file to ensure that the deleted topic area is not charged. So I can't see the changes. If the old subjects are loaded. I'll reboot the server once more. However, this never happen again. Once I have delete or add a catalogue of presentation. All our production database servers are 10g 10.2.0.5 and we would like to use the repository of the grid as the RMAN Repository for our backups, but we can't as the grid base is any version and RMAN requires repository database to be at least the same or more recent than the database version you sign up.
  
  So my question is... We can upgrade 10.1.0.4 base grid to 10.2.0.5 (or 11g?) without breaking anything in 10g Grid Control? My guess is that it should be fine but... I thought better to ask first.

  I discovered the cause of this problem after a lot of trial and error.

  The problem is I'm trying to specify the folder is not empty. There is a folder in this directory, because of this, the problem persists.

So I reinstalled Ubuntu 14.04. However, I forgot to note the URL of the repository for Dell. Now my problem is like the Dell laptop driver is not installed the 'Fn' key does not work. The downloads on Dell section shows only the Windows Driver. The clientele is pathetic and they me slam just as if I did a sin by buying portable Ubuntu.

  A: because the firmware is "Dependent on device", the firmware and all the Add-ons are stored in the repository based on the model of the device.

  A: there is no specific time limit that we must release the Add-ons. If you need the example of 9 Citrix Receiver) right now, you can install the Citrix receiver on the thin client or you can create your own package by using WDM. See WDM Admin Guide for more details on this.

  But when trying to call apex_lang.update_translated_string from an application (with or without the security_group_id) APEX, nothing happens. No error message, the process is complete, but the string in the filing of the translation has not changed. Same effect for other api call that I mentioned. I tried the different authentication scheme in my application: DB account, users of the APEX, custom.

  An idea or a clue on what I'm missing here?

  Dear Mr. Rokitta,

  I tested myself on apex.oracle.com just now, and I had no problem using your anonymous PL/SQL block to update the chain of my filing of translation.  It worked successfully to these two SQL commands in SQL Workshop and also inside an APEX application running.  I also looked at the underlying code, and it's so simple - also long the security_group_id is set correctly, the specified ID is valid and the language code is the code of language of the APEX_APPLICATION_TRANS_REPOS chain, the update should go ahead.

  If set you a test on apex.oracle.com case where this would have been does not work, I would be happy to take a look.
