  I just installed an iMicro Bluetooth adapter on my computer, and then I wanted to restart my computer.   1) click on the round of departure
  (2) in the search field, type msinfo.32
  (3) under programs, click msinfo32.exe

  In some database posts I've read on an anti-virus program ESET causing problems, but I do not run it. I have Malwarebytes, SUPERantispyware, CCleaner, Spybot and TDSSKiller.

  I am currently using a Toshiba Satellite a305-s6916 with Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit. I had some problems with the computer so I decided to reinstall my OS and have a fresh start. I made the discs by the creator of recovery on the computer disk.

  I reinstalled my OS, got all my files and programs on the computer, then started updates. When I installed Windows Vista Service Pack 2, my computer rebooted, went to the "Configuring updates 2/3 0% ' screen and stayed there." The circle of "loading" froze, I let it sit for an hour and finally started strong. He went to the same screen and froze, I rebooted it in safe mode, it starts normall (not in safe mode), and then asked me to do more updates. I let it reboot and he did the same thing, I rebooted again and he went to the same page with horizontal lines on the screen. I picked up in safe mode, it went through updates and seemed fine.
