• Creative cloud Updater does not open

  The Creative cloud update presents 3 new updates (in the OS X toolbar), but when I click it, the popup window opens and the wheel of progress will run until the end of time, if I click there to close. • Acrobat 10.1.7 update does not open

  Acrobat X was purchased as part of the suite CS6. I installed it on my desktop Dell and Samsung laptop computer. Both machines are running Windows 7-64 bit and Internet Explorer 9. Version 10.1.6 worked fine on both machines. I installed the 10.1.7 update yesterday, 5/15.

  Today Acrobat 10.1.7 works well on Dell desktop computer

  It does not open on the Samsung laptop. When I click on the Acrobat icon desktop or try to run from the Start Menu, nothing happens. There is no error message.

  I also have a click with the right button on a PDF file, choose open with sailed to Acrobat X in my Program Files folder and tells to use this program as the default. Yet once again, the problem has not been corrected.

  I went into the control panel and repair installing Acrobat 10.1.7. This has not fixed the problem.

  Finally, I uninstalled Acrobat and reinstalled the whole Creative Suite, get back version 10.1.1. Works without problems, including Add on IE for the conversion of web pages.

• Vista system does not start after installation of windows update 10thFeb2010. Only start in safe mode. Windows Update does not open

  Got a response from Ms.  Good all who have this problem - you have an ATI Radeon graphics card?  Driver is causing the conflict.  Uninstall all the stuff ATI goes on ATI web site and install the download of 'single driver '.  Reboot and then you can download and install other fancy programs that come with your graphics card.

• With the last update why not open multiple instances of Firefox?

  I usually have at least two instances of Firefox running on two separate screens. I opened the first instance of the tool bar. The following instances are started by double-clicking a shortcut of Firefox on my desktop.
