  We were finally able to operate after spending two days on this subject, the solution was to clean up files written in the installation of the 7 version system32 folder. It was a real pain and there was not one particular thing, that we cleaned, we cleaned all the bits we could and that solved.

We decided to use the path C upgrade IE the database to 11.2.0.3 during the upgrade R12 itself and not two windows of downtime. According to this Note 761570.1, in the path c If the database upgrade is part of the R12 upgrade, perform all operations in the Interoperabity Notes except the following:
  
  Check the versions of the software
  Run adgrants.sql
  Implement and run the automatic configuration

  We are working on the update of our thin clients HP T610 more.  Update us the thin clients in the last image of the OS WES7P and also update to IE11 and Citrix receiver 4.4.

  We use HPDM 4.6.4

  We have successfully several T610s and update the image of the OS and related software with no problems.  We are then able to use the 4.6.4 to successfully shoot HPDM and image of these thin clients updated in the master repository.

  We then create a task to deploy the new image to several thin clients.  We configure the task to use the imagery being cached, and then run the task.  HPDM then successfully deploys the image for thin clients.

  Customers accept the image cache and once the image is fully downloaded they restart to deploy the image.   After the restart, the image unfolds and decompresses correctly, then the thin client, start the original installation of Windows.

  But for 90% or more of these newly imaged thin clients that they get hung up during the installation of Windows (usually during the message that windows is written to the Registry).  Once the thin clients get hung at this stage they are inaccessible and unrecoverable by HPDM and must be copied via USB.

  We believe that the issue is somehow related monitors are connected to thin clients.  If isolate us completely thin clients monitors, then deploy an image the new image is OK.  HPDM reports that the image has been deployed successfully.  If we then go back to thin clients and reconnect the monitors of the thin client is updated and the screen seems to be in standard vga mode low resolution.  A restart of the thin client then recognizes and sets the appropriate screen resolution, and the thin client is good to go.

  From the point of view HPDM, disconnect monitor is not required when you deploy the image. Personal thought is that there is a compatibility problem between the display driver, graphics card and the system. Installing Windows intend to write a default registry value based on connected monitor (maybe display settings), for some reason, he was stuck.   Hi, I'm under VM Workstation 7.1.0 with Windows XP SP3 as the host and the guest.  When VMWare tools are installed, the guest operating system will hang for 1 to 2 minutes to "loading your personal settings...". "stage.  It seems to be all network activity, but the movies the hard drive on the occasion light.  During the uninstallation of VMware Tools then Windows will connect immediately.

  Check the settings of the virtual machine for the parameters as shared folders and locally connected devices. There may be something set up that needs time to 'connect' or probably time out.

  I have a question regarding the collapse of one of our nodes of E-Business.
  
  Our current environment is 11.5.9.2. Web/forms are on one W2003 node and "everything else" is on since the HP - UX node. Due to changes in our business, we look at the whole of the application running on a node, our HP - UX server. Of course, we would like to test this out first to make sure that no problem of performance.
  
  My question: in the 11.5.9.2 > R12 upgrade process, you run rapidwiz. Rapidwiz ask you what components are on which node. I think it should be possible to remove our W2003 node during upgrade (process rapidwiz). Rapidwiz should create services http, etc. on HP - UX and we should be ok? Good or bad?

  Colin,

  You must move the components you have on Windows server to the node in HP - UX (as shown (Note: 238276.1 - migration to Linux with the Oracle Applications 11i version) before you start the upgrade that you already have files on the Windows node and install quickly running during the upgrade isn't enough.)

  I think that your approach is not supported, you can check with the support of Oracle.

  Note: Please make sure that you have enough resources on the computer from HP - UX and test the performance before proceeding with this plan.

  I have Acrobat 7.0 Std & recently needed to clean and reinstall my computer, I obviously had at some stage run updates in the previous installation of Acrobat, but when I went to use the program since install noticed that was missing the typewriter tool.

  I learned that it was included in the 7.05 patch, but I have some difficulties locate this update.

  The Adobe ID page includes only the original release 7.0.0, unrelated to differential updates,...

  I tried to run the "Check for updates now...» ", but it is said that no updates are currently available.

  AutoConfig will not start the services so I'd run fast install and it should run the automatic configuration for you.

  Hey, I have a problem in Windows Vista:

  I've been updating / updated my graphics card and it is the graphics card, I'm updating, after a while, a black screen will appear (PITCH BLACK) and I there is no cursor and I tried Ctrl + Alt + Delete, but nothing seems to work, after I turned off my laptop, starts to load then it was the new dark night!
