  Hi all

  I spend 1142 APs stand-alone a lightwheight with WCS, but I can't find the recovery image (c1140-rcvk9xxxxx).

  On the Cisco website > support > download > wireless > ap > 1140, if I click on the standalone link to light Mode upgrade Image, I get an error message "no final version available for downloads.

  Any ideas where to download this file?

• Why is there a link to upgrade on my cloud adobe page when I already have a full membership?

  When I connect to my cloud to adobe at the top left of the window, there are three links.  One is 'files', 'Apps' and the other in red "UPGRADE".  I have a full membership at least 6 months more, and even though I have the introductory price, I bought it with the understanding that it was a full membership.  Adobe well remove this link?  It sews really to distract me when I think that I do not get a full version of the software and as today have lost some valuable time to work simply to try learn how to contact Adobe without talking to someone for an hour.

  Oh yes and also when I click on the application upgrade, (lets say, like today, Literoom) both links under each icon software now says 'try' or 'Tiki '.  (Although it seems that I have full versions of the downloaded software).  I could have sworn at the same time it was 'download' and 'Tiki '.

  If I do not receive my full version software then this cloud thing is for the birds and it will not work for us, the loyal consumers of Adobe.

  I've confirmed that you have a paid subscription. You get the full version of all included software.

  What happens if you disconnect, clear the cache and cookies in the browser, restart the browser and the back sign in? You still see the upgrade link?

  In the last two weeks the support assistant tried to update itself without a bit of luck. It freezes on the screen that displays 'Welcome to the upgrade Support Assistant', it then passes by the 'Contact HP Server"what, but to"Download new version"step, it just hangs. Then if I click on the window, Windows gives me the option to close the program. I tried to leave for a while, where he was actually download something big, but still nothing happened and I had to force the program to close. Currently, I installed the version 5.0.14.2 with a Pavilion dv6 - 2064ca running 64-bit Windows.

  I had the same problem with my HD TV. What I've done has been updated my video card readers. I learned here that you must have your video card updated with HMDI and not by microsoft. You must go to the manufacture website and download it directly from there. I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 with an Intel 965 graphics card once I have updated driver for windows 7 everything started working.
