  You can install Weblogic directly and redeploy your Application in Weblogic.

  Because if you have a SOA in 10.1.3.1 then there are separate steps and if you have only OC4J, so there are different steps to install 11 g.

  We have the database running on RHEL 4 x 32 bit with version 10.2.04 with 12.1.1. I want to improve RHEL 4 x for a 32-bit RHEL 5 x
  Please suggest me how I can get it.
  
  I can follow the procedure below:
  
  1. install RHEL 5 x 32 bit on new server
  2. install apps and binary database and datafile new server according to the same structure dirctory in source server with the same operating system user.
  3 - stop the source server
  4. change of hostname to old
  5. start the database and applications.
  
  The stps above will work properly? I have to follow any procedure to achieve this. If no procedure, please share the same.

  You would need to go with Windows 2003, Windows 2008 is not certified with 11i - see (update on the Installation of Oracle Applications Release 11i (11.5.10.2) [316806.1 ID]) for more details.

  You can use quick Clone to clone the instance of Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 in accordance with the following documentation.
