  HP has no guarantee that 3rd party supplies will work in our printers. Looking at the Diagnostics pages it seems that you are not printing cyan or yellow. There are steps you can take to try to retrieve not being able to print individual colors. Please see this link:

Thought I'd be able to download the demo version and enter my product serial number, but I looked through the forum - and isn't the only link for download of CS5, I found work.
