URGENT - can not access my creative Cloud Desktop application...

I tried for hours to re - install the application of Office CC as according to your instructions, I have had to uninstall and reinstall it again once, however, it seems impossible to achieve because there is a problem with your server or something else...

I did all the steps explained for you as possible solutions but nothing works-this is urgent and I really need a quick action on your side! That's what I get when I try to install reinstall CC Desktop App:

  • I can't reinstall the creative Cloud Desktop Application

    Yes, I checked similar questions!

    I have a CC photography plan and am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

    I wanted to update Lightroom for Lightroom 5.71 CC but creative cloud App failed. I tried to reinstall, but it fails with the error code 50.

    I tried to remove the application through Windows Control Panel failed and so I have downloaded and run CC Cleaner approx. creative cloud app will not install

    I have studied this problem on this forum and the Adobe site and I think I've tried everything last week.

    To add to my problems, I had originally a stand-alone version of Lightroom 5 that I considered may be cause of conflict. I've disconnected my account and tried to re, log and my serial number is not accepted!

    I'm totally confused. There seems to be several others affected by similar issues but none of the solutions I've seen seems to work for me.

    Adobes help seems to be missing a little. All users you suggest a solution? I have considered a total uninstall and reinstall, but I am reluctant to go down this path blindly.

    Can anyone offer a solution please?

    I just managed to finally download and install cloud creatives desktop on window 8 PC application (after using the cleaning tool Adobe CC), but now the won´t of the app open when I double click on the desktop shortcut or icon.

    It seems to hang almost instantly. I have no message

    I can't install the creative cloud desktop application. It freezes just at some point. I had this problem several months ago. I had a conversation with someone from Adobe, and they had no idea what it was. I then called and the phone was essentially passed around a person trying to figure out what it was. They took my screen, they tried all the stuff I've read in the forums. Finally, I asked for the highest in person at the office and that this person finds a workaround solution that worked for all these months.

    However, now that I tried to update the desktop creative cloud application, the update froze about 40-50% each time, so I uninstalled the creative application of Cloud and then tried to reinstall. Now, I have the same problem that I had several months ago, where when I double click on CreativeCloudSet-Up, and he says it is downloading, it freezes quickly and it's there. No error message, it is there forever until I kill the process. I can't cancel it even properly.

    I have very slow internet. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I was download all the CC apps directly on the internet, but since I pay close to $60 a month, I would really like the CC desktop application. I'm sick of every update manually on the download Web site.

    I've read all the threads, empty or packed full of answers, and none of the suggestions seem to help me. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing, but I really don't think not that paying $60 a month should oblige me to play with a bunch of files and cleaners, etc.. I can't believe that this problem has not yet been resolved.

    It might have something to do with my computer? Or my internet provider is blocking something Adobe? I have no idea and I'm honestly so frustrated. I just work every day and spend the rest of the night trying to solve this problem, and I'm sick of it. I call again, because it was a disaster last time. I've been on the line for more than 4 hours, and again, they didn't solve the problem correctly.

    I am desperate and tired of this 100%.

    Nothing? Is there no solution to my problem? Have no choice but to cancel my subscription? Software piracy Adobe would me much less worry than that, and this isn't the way it should be.

    Since the upgrade to Windows 10 I was not able to open the creative application of cloud. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and I still have the same. Opens the creative cloud but not has nothing about this except the settings button which opens the dropdown menu with help (no help at all), PIN at the notification area and Quit. Or I can move me, minimize or close it!
