Is there a corrption in your Calendar database.
You can try and do the following?

(1) using the Desktop Manager backup > advanced > only backup database calendar
(2) at the same location, completely delete the database to your device calendar
(3) at the same location, open the file backup and restore of database calendar

I searched some forums here and have not found an answer to my question.  My BB 8130 to synchronize is no longer with my yahoo calendar.  My appointments remain on the BB, but they will not transfer to yahoo.  I connect directly to my computer using (version 4.3.0.15) BB Desktop Manager - I don't use a blackberry enterprise server server.  I get the e-mail to and from the account fine and, with the exception of a few duplications here and there, address synchronizes book very well.

I don't know if it's important, but when I select "select Calendar...". "in the Calendar menu, I find two calendars, one titled"My E-Mail"and the other entitled 'My email' - I changed the color of each calendaer so that, when looking at all the calendars, I can see what date is under what timetable.  However, none of these sets appear on yahoo after synchronization.  I changed the configuration so that it is a one-way synchronization of the BB to Yahoo without success - only the address book transfer.

Any ideas?  It is more frustrating for my wife using the yahoo calendar to see my schedule.

Problem solved.  I spoke with another sprint bb technology which, to a put guess maybe that it just need time for entries, one placed on the bb to sync through outlook/yahoo.  I was playing with it to this day, when I said it was just incorrect.  So I was transferred to their "advanced technique support.

He has tried several things, including you try to download a 2007 calendar patch that apparently was not available for my device.  Simply, we were to assume that, somehow, my program or calendar file has become corrupted.  I recommend his patience, because we spent about 2 hours on the phone set try all kinds of things.  As expected, it has accompanied me through a hard reset (losing all data on my phone) and voila, it's upward and the synchronization again.

  • Automatic synchronization with handsfree blackBerry Smartphones

Can I set up my device automatically accepting the request of my hands-free sync. For now, I have to manually accept each time I get in my car?

    Hello

No, no, what you are experiencing is certainly not normal... BBs can, when properly configured, automatically connect to compatible car kits. See this reference:

    • KB18576 The BlackBerry smartphone always invites you to connect to a Bluetooth connection instead of the automatic connection

The problem is that, if there is a similar setting inside your car kit who also needs adjustment, then there is no way for RIM to provide statement... you will need to return to the installer you originally used.

FYI... your desire to 'just phone a Helpdesk of RIM' is admirable, but moved. When you bought your BB and subscribed to services, you have learned how the BB support model works. RIM has no service support for you in the ring upward. Rather, the model of care is distributed with carriers and authorized dealers taking primary formal support to their end users, with the possibility for them to escalate if RIM that they cannot resolve.

I have a 8100, recently upgraded to 4.5 software and my calendar has not worked since (desktop is Windows XP, AT & T telephone company).  I tried to return the service directories but no help.

I noticed on the backup/restore on the Desktop Manager, it not there no real 'calendar'... There is a 'Calendar All' and 'Calendar Options', but I read is also supposed to be a 'calendar' out there.

Also, when I was reading the service books, he said delete everything that was the "Office" or "CICAL", but nothing with "Desktop" in the service books and the only thing with "CICAL" was Facebook and it does give me an option to remove.

I live and die by my schedule and am lost without it.  Any help is appreciated!  Thanks in advance!

On your device, look at the Options > Advanced > default Services and see if you can select your correct email address it for the calendar profile.

In addition, open the calendar, and then press Menu > Options. Is the timing selected here?

  • Synchronization of calendar to blackBerry Smartphones. first of all to synchronize all elements, then the date range, then all the items; all previous deleted items

I work IT at my company.  My colleague got a blackberry storm.  We hung up and synced Outlook 2007 for the Blackberry.  Everything went correctly.

Initially, we had the synchronization schedule "all items". But after watching the parameters, we decided to only synchronize a range of dates.  We sync'd, but we didn't know that the blackberry removes anything outside the range of dates.  Rather than just update everything that falls in the range of dates.

For us he returned to "all items".  The Blackberry now tells Outlook to delete all the entries outside the range of dates.

HELP I'M SCREWED!  My colleague schedule is all messed up.  Can recover it software Blackberry, all these deleted items?

Or should I go to my backup and recover all its information?  I can do it, but that requires a lot more work.

If there is another position that helps out, please please direct me to it.  I'll keep looking...

Well.  It becomes a problem. But first my solution:

I went to a backup and restore of the mailbox.  Appointments in the calendar have been copied in the calendar and sync whalla, it's done.

If this topic is made, however the problem is not.  The storm Blackebery was still deleting old appointments.  Then I learned about '' go go = Forever. ''

    We'll see how it goes.

  • Synchronization of calendar to blackBerry Smartphones

I had two calendars, one default and enamel one.  I moved in the calendar of the e-mail by default.  CICAL indicates the email address.  But the calendar does not synchronize with outlook.  I have items in the BB, which do not appear in outlook.  Any suggestions?

Kinda funny to answer myself but I think I found a solution.  I created a new item in the outlook calendar and sync.  This recreates the default calendar with the BB.  Then I deleted the service with email calendar.  He forced the relocation of the default value.  The default value is one that allows you to synchronize with outlook.  I have a few duplicates to get rid of this work.  Hope this helps someone else.

  • Calendar sync blackBerry Smartphones Troulble after update 9650 6.0 Bundle Verizon 3084

Hello. I sought a solution on the forums without success. This problem is in progress for about a month... I tried many things (specify below) and I'm back to the original problem. I'm not particularly talented computer, just an educated consumer.

About a month ago, I was invited to upgrade the software and I said yes. I backup and synchronize at least once a week. When I tried to sync after the upgrade (I do the calendar entries on my BB and the laptop), there was this an appointment, which previously had been an element of a recurring appointment and this occurrence (5/22) has been removed from the BB and laptop. Initializes the synchronization, goes through the process, and then it stops and says that there is a conflict with this nomination (5/22) and it should be deleted, and then Resync. The appointment went from two devices. I even deleted the series the same theing arrives, and this prevents the synchronization.

After this first happened, I got the forums looking for a solution. I spent almost a whole weekend in doing so. I found myself almost my entire calendar of wiping. These are the things I've done: print the last 2 years on paper, battery pull, uninstall and reinstall the desktop software, cleaning restart (IE clean the phone), upgrade to the previous version of the software (after that you can't do anything, so I had to update again), deleted the CICAL service book.

Along the process, that appeared a new calendar, one I call the Green calendar (the default is blue). Green was the name of my yahoo email address, although I've never used the calendar yahoo.com and none of my entries appear. So, I had a calendar of green and blue. With my old BB it happened once and I went to the Verizon store and the guy has just selected the calendar and deleted. This time I tried and it was not an option. I went to the Verizon store and they tried, too and says that with the new upgrade, it is impossible to separate the Green calendar.

Then, I deleted for the Green calendar CICAL service book. When I tried to synchronize this appointment ghost today (5/22) is back and preventing me from synchronization.

I have the impression that the new update is the problem. I'm stuck and paranoid about missing appointments due to the problem of synchronization. I am a surgeon and work in different practices in different days, and I hate having to keep the call ("' it's Mr. Smith, my Blackberry is messed up again... could you please tell me what time I start tomorrow? '"). In addition, I rely on my calendar to follow where I work for purposes of tax/mileage. In addition, almost all before 2010 was erased. I'm not too worried about that now because I think I can recover an older backup and then synchronize when I can sync again.

Help, please. It is very difficult to be faithful to the RIM when they are so frickin stupid. This question has plagued my whole summer. Thanks in advance for your help.

My guess is that there is a corruption of the data on the BlackBerry, I hope that in this instance.

What you will synchronize with Outlook? If so, I copy the PST file to another folder for backup before troubleshooting. But whatever you do, save the calendar if you can.

    Also back up the BlackBerry.

Now, to solve the problems. I would like to use the Desktop Manager to remove the database calendar on the BlackBerry and then re-sync Outlook (or other) for the BlackBerry. See if it works.

Also, FYI, you will have a calendar on the BlackBerry for email address. The default value is determined by the default services settings in the device options.

  • Synchronization error 0x80040fb3-blackBerry smartphones

I spent more than 10 hours trying to get my Outlook 2007 and my Torch 9810 to synchronize.  I live (and die) my list of calendars and contacts and the need to address this problem as soon as POSSIBLE.

I tried pretty much everything I read online.  Any other suggestions or a really good step by step in order to solve this problem?  I'm not super irritable so have simple is much better.

    Thank you!!!

Hello and welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, we say you have "tried everything" depends on our applications of clairvoyance as to what this means (and these applications do not work these last time!), then we risk redundant advice. So, if you haven't done so already, I recommend you go here:

and search on that error code... see if the results are useful.

That said, some issues - has ever worked? Or is this your first attempt to configure the synchronization? And exactly when in the process means the present error? When you install the Desktop software? When you configure the synchronization? When you run the synchronization?

Alternatively, you can enable advanced logging to see if the journal reveals something useful to you:

    • KB01451 How to enable Sync advanced logging if a wired synchronization fails

Sometimes completely restarting cures some problems... to do, I suggest the following (reboots insert a lot of restarting your PC... not only restarts, but at full power down). In addition, it is recommended that you are connected to the PC on an account with full administrator rights. In addition, under Vista/Win7, use the option "Run As Administrator" for everything.

In addition, it was also reported that when your user profile on windows (type "echo %UserProfile%" in command prompt) contains spaces, then the installer will not work. To resolve this issue, log off from your Windows account and sign in using the local administrator account (or any other name of account without spaces) and install office (for all users).

    (1) as appropriate, remove all packages updated devices OS of your PC (Add/Remove Programs)

    (2) properly uninstall the RIM desktop software:

    • Others have reported the use of a registry cleaning tool to be also useful
    • Still others have reported the use of your original PIM (Outlook, NOTES, etc.) Installation CD, run the "repair" to be helpful in some situations process

    (3) obtain a new download of the RIM Desktop software:

    (4) to download a new copy of your package to your carrier OS device (on your PC):

    (5) install the software on your PC Desktop

Installation of 6) (also on your PC), device OS package

  • Full synchronization can not blackBerry smartphones

I have a Curve 8330 for about a month. Initially, it properly synchronized with Outlook 2000. Now, however, he hangs up in the middle of synchronization each time. Sometimes it gets through the address book and almost calendar, sometimes earlier. I tried to reset several times and even tried rremoving and reinstall the desktop software. Tried the version 4.7 and 4.5 - it happens with both. Is the error message "unknown error" "" which is clearly not useful.

  • Lost calendar items blackBerry smartphones

When I updated my software on my 9650 all my past entries in the calendar went.  How can I get back them?

Hello and welcome to the community!

Depending on the level of update, it can actually erase all data and restore after the full update... This sounds like your situation... but it's more complicated than that.

According to the update method, a backup can be created. If you did this OTA update, then all is lost... the backup on the device that is created is only available during the update process... If something goes wrong, the backup is lost forever.

If you did an update via your computer, then a backup has been created. If this applies to you, search your entire hard drive to a file with the extension of the IPD (*.) IPD). Check the date and time of the files... most recently created is your best candidate to restore source:

    • KB23680 How to back up and restore data from BlackBerry using BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0 smartphone

If you have no IPD file, then all is probably lost... and you should have been back up regularly since all computer peripherals are prone to data loss. Indeed, there is an old saying:

    • There are two types of computers of users of devices - those who have lost data and those who will be

Backups are simply not an option, nor an activity reactive.

  • Calendars of blackBerry Smartphones: how to PERMANENTLY remove default device entries

I have 2 calendars (device default and one labeled with my current email). First, I deleted ALL my entries on the calendars of device by default because whenever I have synced with MissingSync it syncs everything to my calendar for my email.  Anyway the problem I have is when I changed my email on the device (before even sync with my computer, the device default calendar is back with a bunch of OLD entries.  Where is he pulling information and is there a way to delete all the time so it never comes back?  Yes I could go back and remove all the entries ONE by ONE, but it would take a LONG time.

    Hello

The default calendar is the calendar of the device, items synced to it will not correctly synchronize on the desktop.

    (1) delete your addresses of e-mail of the device.

    (2) use the link below to clear the Calendar database.

    (3) recreate the e-mail address you want to associate with your main calendar.

    4) go to default services and make sure that your email address for the main calendar is specified

in the CICAL and CIMIME entries. Save it.

    (5) in the Office Manager, specify a one-way synchronization of Outlook to the device for the calendar only.

    (6) once successful, check the calendar of primary e-mail and make sure that all records are there.

    (7) run synchronization for each category separately until you have all the correct data on the BB.

    (8) to re-create any additional e-mail addresses

    (9) send service directories.

    (10) the BB has now all the calendar entries in the calendar main correct email, with no record in another.

    (11) on the PC, delete the intellisync folder and reconfigure the to 2 Sync Setup Wizard see normal.
