  the latest version of my app just got approved by the Apple team 2 days ago and so far, I received 2 reports that the new version just immediately closes after starting on the iPad. Unfortunately, so far, I have no info on the iPad or iOS version. I see also a significant decline in records on iOS since the new version has been released, so I'm a little worried. I am unable to reproduce any problem on iPhone 3 g with iOS 4.3, iPhone5 with iOS 7 or iPad with iOS 2 7.

  You must keep the ID of the application even in dev/test/live. Registered users of reports are stored according to the region on the page ID, and if the ID of the application changes so the region ID change if you lose the reports.

  When importing to live, you can use the same application ID in the import file and overwrite the production version. Keep the AppID even in your environments and you keep saved reports.

  You can create the user on the Administration tool, on Manage-> Security-> users-> right click and then new user.

  Now, connect to the service of the presentation as an administrator. Then, on settings-> Administration-> catalog manage... here you can create new folder and grant access to the users of the folder you want.

  I suggest the following method and check if it helps to solve the problem.

  I suggest you try to activate UAC from the command line and check if it helps.

• ASA 8.2 (3): can't 'turn on' GANYMEDE ACS4.2 user with the privilege level 10

  I can't activate in ASA with a user privilege level of non - 15 set to 4.2 ACS (Ganymede).

  When I activate in IOS device, it allows and "show the privilege" shows the level 10 as planned. ACS must be configured properly, as it works very well with IOS. The user is not defined with explicit parameters. Group is set to 'max activate level' 15 and 'shell level priv exec' 15. The enable password is set to the internal password ACS PAP. Works fine in the IOS.

  When I activate in ASA, it fails to activate, and ACS journal indicates "Ganymede + activate the insufficient privileges. I suspect that ASA is trying to turn in level 15 explicitly. If I try the command "Activate 10" in ASA, it is said:

  Allowing privilege levels is not allowed when it is configured for

  Authentication of the AAA. Use 'activate' only.

  AAA authentication telnet console LOCAL mmsacs01

  With Dreamweaver Log In User server behavior, you send users to a single page if they connect successfully. Set this page to accept the two levels of user access.

  Inside the page, use a conditional statement to redirect users to the relevant pages. Access level is stored in a session variable called $_SESSION ['MM_UserGroup'].

• New Mac user report

  I just wanted to report my experience with a rocket on my Mac [OS 10.4].  I wanted to use it mainly for pictures, with music as a bonus and FM Recorder files and voice as a bonus bonus!

  Target had a sale on a rocket of G Black 4 for $60; I have the get them.  It was a device Version 1 [probably be liquidated], but I was fine with that.  I quickly put it in MSC mode, saw the "rocket" on my photo office files, some exported from iPhoto in jpeg @ 660 X xxx resolution, renamed the photos so I knew what they were and put them right in the photo folder.  Success!

  Full of confidence, I downloaded and installed the firmware update.  Next time, that I hooked, the "rocket" has not appear on the desktop.  I finished reboot with the connected "rocket" and he found.  I like the impression I just didn't wait long enough so that it will appear on the desktop after the update.  Anyway, everything was OK again and I loaded more photos.  I was able to load music files without problem using KopyMac to do the actual transfer to avoid duplicates in the list.

  Overall, I'm very happy with my choice and thanks to this Board and individuals to lead me through this.

  I want to get rid of pictures and music that are preloaded on the "rocket".  Can I do this?  I don't see these files in the pictures or music?  Am I just lack somehow?  Or will I be able to run the Sansa PC multimedia software to move and eliminate those?

  The sample of all files, whether they be music, photos or videos are put in MTP mode. Which explains why you can't find or see them when you are connected to the CSM.

  But it also means that you will most likely need to connect to a Windows machine to see and delete like Mac & PSG are like oil & water; they do not mix.
