  All the connections that you have mentioned are AppleIDs.  You can use the same AppleID to connect to all the services on your mac, or you can choose to use a different one for each service, if you have a good reason.  On El Capitan, I can think of several different services that allows you to connect to an AppleID: iCloud, App Store, iTunes Store, Messages, FaceTime, etc..  Ideally, you do not want to use an AppleID to connect all these.

  Password sharing is turned on.

  Password sharing is enabled by default for computers of working groups. When password sharing is enabled, people using other computers on your network cannot access your shared folders or printers unless they have a user account on your computer.   I don't know any reason that Windows must be looking for a text file to start.  You can create a file in this location, but I think it would be better to use the free Windows Sysinternals Autoruns tool to find and remove the reference to the file.

  We had the similar problem in the past, our problem is:
  Problem:
  We have removed weblogic default security domain user and create a new user when Manager nodes and managed servers declined. When we try to put in place managed servers after the starting node Manager we continue get refused authentication errors.

  Solution:
  Recreate the user weblogic now try and implement servers managed from the command line using weblogic user. Once they are up to tap them down and bring them to the top again with the new user you created and it will work

  Reason:
  The 10.3-managed servers seems to store the local credentials he managed ldap or cache servers. When you start managed servers don't know the new information of identification and authentication performed against the old values of credentials stored, where they fail. Once they are started with the information identification old they communicate with the admin servers to sync it hides with admin servers and new identification information is updated and then you can restart the servers managed with the new credentials.
  Note: Sometimes after reboot you can meet the problem as the synchronization with the administration server process is asynchornous, weblogic prints a line saying something like asynchronous operation with the null Server address.   new issue - I had WM set up on this computer for a year without this problem. When checking my emails, a Windows Security popup stands up and asks me to sign in and enter my password. I do that, then I get this error message-

  Take a look in the right pane of the Web Page related to the Support provided by your ISP options.  Sometimes they change the Ports for mail servers and that you may have missed notification.  In all cases the ISP is your best first step for help.
