32-bit Windows 8 Pro OEM activation using a 64-bit OEM key activation - is it possible?
I have one still to be put in service oem 64-bit of windows Pro 8 copy and I was eager to install the 32-bit version on an old pc running Windows XP and with only 4 GB of memory. The 64-bit activation key can be used for this installation of 32-bit version?
I downloaded an iso of the equivalent of 32 bits, it installed OK but when I tried to activate it using the 64-bit activation key I got the message "this product key does not work. Is it because the key provided with the 64-bit oem disk is usable only on a 64-bit install (unlike the commercial versions non - oem where the same key works for 64-bit and 32 - bit)- or is the invalid key for some other reason?
64-bit disc is titled HRM_CCSA_X64FRE_EN-US_DV5 and the 32-bit version, I downloaded HRM_CCSA_X86FRE_EN-US_DV5
Product keys are not specific architecture (32-bit or 64-bit), the problem is, some keys do not work in some channels.
A touch of detail will not work with OEM media and vice versa OEM key will not work with the media to detail.

I use the 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 from the Satellite on the Qosmio?
Hello
I have 2 laptops Toshiba, Qosmio X 300 - 14U and Satellite T130 - 12 K, and my question is:
I use the 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 from the Satellite on the Qosmio? Thanks in advance
Hi frakri,
What drivers tell you exactly? Display, chipset, sound, etc. ?
Theoretically, it should be possible, but it s according to the material. For example if your Qosmio has the same chipset as satellite you can use these drivers. Otherwise it wouldn't work because the hardware is different.
First, check the features! In addition, you can get all the drivers here:

Questions of OEM Windows 7 key
I have a question: if I use an OEM of Windows 7 key from a pc by the same company that makes mine (ASUS for example), it will be valid? Note that my PC doesn't have the mobo it is changed or upgraded. I ask because a friend gave me a key which it has been used on another computer (same System Builder) saying that it will improve the Windows 8 operating system, and it will no more need. I really don't want to have any nagging restriction because my copy has been hacked, upgrade in Greece, costs 100 euros. The OEM of Windows 7 versions are identical to the versions commercial full license with the following exception:
-OEM versions don't offer any free direct support from Microsoft technical support Microsoft
-OEM Licenses are tied to the computer first you install and activate it on
-OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard
-OEM versions does not move directly from an older Windows operating system
What is OEM software? :

As noted, my motherboard has failed. IDE only AGP CPU core. Not much use trying to find anotherof those. Replaced the motherboard with a newer version. It has SATA, multi core processor, etc. Processor and HARD drive had to be replaced.
My Vista home premium 32 bit running on my machine for years. I loaded it on the upgrade with no problems. Went to windows update and SP1 and then SP2 and all other windows updates suggest and worked very well, for a few days.
Now, I get a message that the product key is already used and need to buy AnotherOne coming soon.
I didn't really want to do.

As long as they are the same edition, Yes, you can use the same product key to install the 64 bit version of Windows 7 Professional.
Skip entering your product key Windows 7 and complete the installation.
When you reach the desktop, click Start, right-click on computer

Scroll down to the Windows Activation
Click the link x days before activation.
Click on the link that says: "show me other ways to activate.
Enter the product key
Click next

Click Next when you enter your key page
Select your country
Click Next, call the number listed

Click next to complete the activation.
However, the requirements for the media upgrade is that you have an operating system already eligible such as Windows XP or Vista installed to use it. Since the Windows 7 end user license agreement.
15 UPDATES. To use upgrade software, you must first be licensed for the software that is eligible for the upgrade. After the upgrade, this agreement takes the place of the agreement for the software that you upgraded. After upgrade, you can no longer use the software that you upgraded.
So, if you are always denied, you will just have to reinstall Windows XP or Vista and let it do the verification of eligibility.

I just bought the HP20002D19WM, which came with no software (cyberlink) key and certificates of authenticity for windows. I can't use any program cyberlink with a key number to enter. Also if I would give for somereason I wonder in my number of windows I would not be able to since I have ever trevieved it
This is the original factory specifications for your laptop HP 2000-2d19WM. All Cyberlink OEM software should work without key, because it is not mandatory for the installed OEM mass products. Regarding the Windows product key, see Activation of Windows 8 product;
- OEM Activation 3.0 (OA3) at the factory. A digital product key (DPK) is encrypted and installed on the motherboard BIOS during the manufacturing process. Windows 8 will be ignited automatically the first time that the computer is connected to the Internet. With systems activated by OA3, most of the computer's hardware can be replaced without the need to reactivate the software from Microsoft.

Try holding the ALT key during start up your Mac to the top. This will make all bootable discs appear on the screen, so tell me what options you see here. Maybe the Windows installation is damaged or you have removed OS X by mistake.

Can anyone help please. I used to be able to get the symbol for the pound Sterling by pressing ALT and 0163 at the same time, maybe you'll know
That's how you used to make the binary code on non-electric machines punch original card. This will make me sound old?
It's very frustrating that nothing bought here in Spain is not consistent with the rest of Europe, it is purely for the Spanish market. I need to use this and other symbol that don't appear on my keyboard, but it is very - very sensitive touch and I think I must have hit another function key for stopping this work but can find nothing written on the computer and the manual was not in the box. as usual.
Please let know us if possible thank you.

running Microsoft Windows XP Home edition Version 2002 Service pack 3, used the 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade?
I followed the instructions on the card that came with the software... indicating that, if I look at my computer it was telling me that my computer works... either 64 or 32, but it does not work. So my question is, how do you know?
You probably have the 32-bit version of XP (in most individuals, and if your system properties page does not have 64-bit, then you have 32-bit.)
However, if you now have XP 32 - bit or 64-bit XP isn't the issue that relate to your decision to install 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7. This decision depends on the question to know if your hardware can support a 64-bit operating system. In this regard, the main reason for users to install a 64-bit operating system is to allow the use of more than 4 GB of RAM. If your hardware does support more than 4 GB of RAM, there is no interest to install the 64 bit version of Windows 7.
You run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor? With what results?
Click Start > run and type msinfo32 in the "Open" box and click OK.
After the system information window has had time fill, click Edit > select all, and then click Edit > copy.
Paste (CTRL + V) into your next reply here. -
