UZ2315Hf helmet does not

Dear team,

Since I bought the UZ2315H monitor that I have not found a simple way to make the headphone jack works. Specifically, the headphone jack does not sound to any helmet or meets any microphone a headset/microphone combination, I tried.

The rest of the screen works perfectly in all combinations - camera, speakers and microphone - in HDMI and USB 3 connection. When I insert a headphone jack, that nothing is happening, just monitor continues to put sound on the speakers and meets the microphone monitor only. No sound headphones any device I assign as audio device and microphone device make up the operating system.

I called the customer service of Greece on the phone once, a few days after purchase, but received no usable information. They just asked me to send them my written request.

  • Latitude E6400 taken helmet does not

I have a Dell Latitude E6400 with Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit Edition. I installed the chipset drivers, then the rest drivers until there is no bangs in Device Manager. When I plug in external speakers to the headphone jack, however, there is no sound. Test the speakers on another system, and they work.

I worked on it for a few weeks and I'm out of ideas.

  • Win 7 Install - helmet does not

I just finished installing Win7. Everything seems to work fine EXCEPT the helmet. Already with Vista I just plugged the headphones into the Jack of the computer and it could intercept the audio and play in the headset.

Now when I plug the headphones into the Jack, nothing changes, I still get sound through the normal speakers. When I go in the Audio Mixer Panel and select device headphones, properties and run the test of the headset works fine.

I'm trying to use the headset while you watch a movie from Netflix. With Vista, it wasn't a problem. In addition, the headphones do not work with CD and or any other audio support.

Additional information: when I switch off the speakers, Realtek Digital Output all sound is achieved through the headphones and they work fine. Looks like a lot of extra clicking but just to use the headset.

    Hope this info helps.

    Thanks again Jason.

Realteck has published new drivers Win 7 lately. There are settings in a driver for Win 7, that allow you to choose between speakers and its independent and mutual for headphones.

  • Dell inspiron 17r helmet does not connect

Pretty much what title says. I plug in my headset on the laptop, and they do not work. I reinstalled the drivers from the dell site. Problem remains. Anyone know what else to do? It will help if I uninstall the drivers from dell (thing audio dell) and install the realtek drivers?

I had the same problem with my Inspiron 5520 a few days after I bought the laptop, I do not know, I had installed the drivers but no audio headphones, connected several headphones, not worked, dell has made Diagnostics at the start several times, opened the page of the bios and looked around different options, redemarrees and voila , I got audio through the headphone jack. don't know really, maybe all this reminded the laptop that he has a helmet too :))

Everything that can be done to solve this problem?

    Hello!

It's strange and I can't say at the moment what is the reason for this problem.

First of all, you should try to update the BIOS and audio drivers. The two you can find on the Toshiba site:

  • Y700-15isk helmet does not properly

It just started last night, but when I plug headphones into the headphone jack, audio is mostly just through the left ear, with the right ear is barely audible. If I turn the volume way upward, it seems normal to the ear right, but obviously much too strong, from left to right. I tested with several different pairs of headphones that all work properly in other devices, but not in the Y700.

Anyone have any ideas on what is happening and how to fix it?

I uninstalled the driver, rebooted, and it worked again. Weird that I didn't have to reinstall but. (It still appears in the device under "Realtek HD Audio" Manager)

    Thank you!

  • BlackBerry Z30 taken helmet does not

I bought my direct Z30 from blackberry.com on August 12, 2014. The audio Jack has recently stopped working. Clearly, this is a mechanical problem. Headphones and audio cable for radio show the same failure, and I can feel that the cable is not connected with a nice "click" as they did originally. Is it possible to get it repaired, or do I just use Bluetooth?

Use canned air to clean the lint on the headphone jack. I saw fluff compacted down to the bottom of the plug which will prevent the headset to connect properly. If you turn off the device you can carefully dig out the lint with a paper clip or similar, but be very careful that you do not damage.

I try to use my bluetooth headset.  It is paired with success and it seems in the window bluetooth devices.  However, it will not work.  I looked in the sound control panel and the helmet does not appear.  This use to work, but stopped.  How do I add the bluetooth headset icon in the sound control panel so I can choose it as audio device by default?  I uninstalled and reinstalled the device several times.  I also have a bluetooth mouse and it works fine.  There is no other bluetooth devices.  I use Windows 7.

    Thank you

    Hello

I suggest you to update the driver for your Bluetooth device.

    Method 1:

I suggest you go through the steps and check:

    (a) Control Panel

    (b) sound > manage Audio devices

    (c) set by default

    See also:

Add a Bluetooth device to your computer

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/add-a-Bluetooth-enabled-device-to-your-computer

    Method 2:

    Step 1:

To change the audio device by default:

    (a) click the Start button

    (b) type 'Change sound card settings' or ' manage audio devices'.

    (c) click the link with the same name.

    Step 2:

    An alternative is:

    (a) right click on the sound icon in the Notification area

    (b) select "Playback devices"

    (c) a new window called Sound, opens.

    (d) in this window, you will often see the audio devices for playback, which are currently present in Windows 7.

    (e) select the device you want to set as the default value and

f key) click on the default value .

    (g) click on OK to save the current configuration.

NOTE: the default selected device will be used by all of your programs unless otherwise stated.

Set Default has two options: Default Communication device that manages all communications like the calls or videoconferencing on IM or VOIP, and default device that manages all the output is without the communication part.

To choose the device that should be the default value for the communication and device that should make the rest of the book,

    Method 3:

    (a) click on the small arrow button set as default.

    (b) If you click it, the arrow will show you both options.

    (c) Select the communications device.

    (d) click on set as default -> default Communication device.

    (e) select the device for all other types of reading and

    f) click set default-> default device

    (g) If you want the device of Communication by default and the default unit will be defined on the same audio device just click on the button set by default instead.

  • USB headset connected to PC speech recognition does not work

    * Original title: can not make headphones work

I installed a software that involves speech recognition.  I plugged my USB to the PC headset, but when I tried to use Set Up microphone in the control panel / recognition speech nothing works.  I have connected the headphones to an other PC Win7 and it works perfectly, in fact I could stop using a keyboard.

I reconnected the headset with the first PC and still nothing happens, but I see a message saying "recognition speech could not start checking the Audio devices and sound themes".  I can't find it.

I looked in devices and printers in CP and found the helmet (C-Media USB headphone set) when I look in Properties / General there is a message "device cannot start (Code 10)".  When I check the driver tells me that the driver is up-to-date.

When I shut down and restart the PC with headphones connected to a USB port on the front of the PC, I hear a small amount of Crackle, but nothing else.  As I have already said, there is a message on the office, 'recognition speech could not start. and "speech recognition could not start checking the Audio devices and sound themes"

I have run Windows Update to see if there is an update there, but it makes no difference.

How can I talk to my PC using my headset?

    Thank you

    Tregarth

I tried 2 different USB ports on the front of the PC, no improvement.

I also looked into devices and printers (in Control Panel), the helmet does not show.  Also, when I look in device in CP Manager there is no exclamation point in audio, video and game controllers.

Usually, the front USB ports are connected by cables (often not armoured or not) to the USB controller in the back of a box of the desktop computer. If you haven't tried a rear USB port, please do. If your laptop no matter what USB port should be good.

You cannot control Audio through devices and printers. You don't say what version of Windows you are using. If you use a version of Windows with a bottom taskbar, RIGHT click ON the speaker down icon to the right of the taskbar. Select the recording devices. This will open the acoustic window. You should see a USB microphone in the list. See screenshot below. Highlight the USB microphone and set it as the default. This should solve your problem.

  • 10 that the headset does not deal with blackBerry

    My new Passport this problem

The helmet does not. Answer phone calls on a channel, but it does not work for music, videos and applications of x-rays

The headphones supplied with the Passport works on blackberry 9900

Someone had this problem? Any suggestions? Thank you

    Dear,
I've analyzed all the functions of the passport and one of them is configured with the ATS (TTS), serve as a teletype. What is very interesting. But to turn this off, the helmet worked perfectly. In other words, if configured for teletype, makes no sense to use the headset. Will be? Was configuration. Could not be the software because the passport version is 10.3.0.908.

  • My helmet is bright red, and the speakers does not work, when I try to adjust the volume when there is no headset/speakers in, there is a sign of the cross as the symbol of the volume where the places are supposed to be, macbook pro retina display

My helmet is for some time, as the eye of the terminator, glowing and speakers have not worked since. I need to plug headphones or external speakers. Whenever I try to adjust the volume when it shows just a cross symbol under the sign of the volume, where small squares usually are (see below)

Is there a way to fix this? Some other similar forums tell me to try to manually move a switch in the audio jack, but I can't seem to find such a change and the thing that seems most like a light switch, does not move.

    Can someone please help?

    Thank you

Your audio output is stuck in optical mode, this is the red light.

The solution is to try to insert and remove the plug a dozen times or more in the hopes of convincing making fall out of optical mode and in electric mode.

    Hello Dominique and everyone!

I have exactly the same problem as the creator of this thread: audio only plays the default device and my system does not switch whenever I say - / my headset.

I had this problem before, but fixed it somehow. He appeared once again, recently, I think that after installing the latest nVidia drivers, where I forgot to uncheck installing the audio drivers.

(Steps of Pranav one) through e) unfortunately did not turn.

Here's a description of my system:

    • I use the Realtek card my motherboard ASRock Z87 Extreme4 Board
    • I use the speakers built-in monitor, connected on the rear plug of the PC with a 3.5 mm jack plug
    • The monitor is connected via Displayport
    • I connect my helmet on the front panel, also with a 3.5 mm jack plug

Realtek HD Audio Manager detects connections:

Currently, the headphones play audio, since they are selected as audio device by default:

Now, when I disconnect the headset, I want my monitor to continue playback automatically.

And when I plug the headphones in, I want to play again. I know that it is possible to configure the system like that, since I already had on before. I don't know how to go back again!

Can someone help me with this? Would be really great, because I'm crazy about this since I'm regularly pass the monitor with headphones. :)

    Here the tab advanced discussed:

Completion, the recording devices, since some other forums suggest to change the settings, but nothing helped for me:

And, as an option in the Realtek HD Audio Manager software. Unfortunately, this change also did not help, I think:

Oh, and I just noticed that the display device is actually connected via"digital HDMI" via the Displayport cable, I guess that:

Really don't know what to do with all this... Help, please! :)
