• Impossible to validate with genuine advantage

  Cannot be validated with real profit, get I get a blank page. Tried Firefox plugin, tried through IE. Tried the downloadable special thing. Nothing works. Just a blank page, lead to nothing. What's wrong?

  I have a XP Professional SP 3, which is new, he got after a hard disk failure, that is why I am now reinstalling. But this thing real profit really bothers me, I'm doing things but just cannot handle.

• Acrobat Pro XI won't validate serial number Internet connection

  Hello-

  I recently bought a new version of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.  The software has been installed successfully.  A dialog box appears indicating that I had 30 days to validate the serial number.  I clicked on the button OK to post on the Internet (I have access to the Internet on this PC) and received a message that my computer was offline and that I had to try again online.  I turned off my Windows Firewall and retried to validate with no luck.  I have not yet installed the anti-virus software so that may not be blocking it.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled Adobe and now I have 0 days to validate the serial number.  Always receives the same message as before - I am offline.  Please tell us how to solve this problem.  I check that I can communicate with Adobe servers.

  I recently got a new Mac laptop and the store install all my content from my office to the laptop.  Now, when I opened 12 items on the laptop, it asks if I would like a trial period.

  I heard that you can install on two computers 12 items and I'm not sure what I would do here.  My laptop does not a disk drive to reinstall the program.

  Simply, from my site and before we go too far in that I want to just make sure that my pages are validate correctly.  When you choose the option validate on the file menu, it offers the possibility to validate using W3C or XML, which you want to use? My W3C is perfect, but when I try to validate with XML, it gives me the following error:

• Update to the top not dating?

  The last security update will not update it gets past step 3 and appers to boot normally and then I get a record of 89 89 of message, then restarts and cancels the update and starts normally. I have postponed my antivirus during installation.

  If you open Windows Update, and you look at the history of update, it should show this update as having failed.  Double-click the update failed, then validate with the associated error code.

  You can try to run the System File Checker and update the system tool , then rerun the update.

• Windows Vista hanging at "Logging Off" of the prcoess judgment stage.

  At the stop, Windows went to automatically install updates and shut down my Dell portable computer. But he is now stuck at the step "Logging Off" and not shut down, even after hours. When I stopped manually and restart, it just goes back to the "Logging Off" screen and I can't do anything else. Several shops here have said they need to do a thorough cleaning of the hard repair disk in order.  Really? Is there another way to get the computer to block this process?  Thank you.

  If you are still having this problem then validate with what version of Windows you are using.  First thing to try is to start on the Advanced Boot options , and select the last known good configuration.  If this does not work, then try to start safe mode.  Let us know the status.
