Various / various: Windows 7 Installation Issues

Hello

I have 6-7 laptops I am deploying across Windows Deployment Services. Initially, they came with 64-bit Windows 8, but we use Windows 7 64-bit. The deployment of services charges, the ethernet port begins immediately turn on and off. (judgment of 1 second, 1 second and so forth). Can anyone recommend a solution. It seems to me that the driver is giving the question, but I tried a HP provided the driver and the driver of Realtek PCIe FE official controller. One of the models in question is a HP Pavilion e134nr 17. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks adavance!

Hello

Thanks to those who responded. I discovered completely by accident, it was. Apparently the ethernet switch that computers were originally hip began to fail, and that was the cause. It was not very clear before, because the devices on the other 10 ports worked very well. I arrived just to connect it to a different switch in a different place because the original has been busy, and what you know. Thanks again for the suggestions.

  • Windows Update installation issues

I just bought a new laptop from HP HDX16 last Monday and I've seen a few problems with the installation of the updates. The ball of the small window appeared on my computer Saturday saying "new updates are available" I clicked on it, looked at 33 updates and 5 of those optional, agreed terms and began to download. After that, they started to install. It is said 'Installation successful' click to restart. When I restart my computer, it displays a blue "Update Configuration" page and gives a percentage... It is 100% and restarts and this black page comes with a number of a number (e.g. today was 0/117000 and when he arrives at 117000 TI clicks away) it then goes to a another blue page goes right to say "step 3 of 3-0% complete". He will be sitting on this page from 20 minutes to an hour, then to a page that talks updates could not be installed. Then go to my home page. After a few minutes the ToolTip appears again on the updates and it's the same 38 updates. He made 6 or 7 times and I can't understand it. What should I do to get these important updates installed?

  • Windows 7 Installation Issues

I recently installed Windows 7 Professional on my computer that was running Windows 7 Home Premium. There is not a big problem, I wanted to just update and potentially gain some speed with all old and unnecessary of past files/programs. However, after the installation, I found that virtually all drivers are no longer except for the most basic versions, and I'm completely unable to connect to the Internet. The network icon appears 'No available connections' and when I open the network and sharing Center, I am unable to see the map (and unable to change its settings). It's as if the network card has disappeared. I can't even connect with a wired connection to our router, so I can't try to find the drivers to replace all those missing. If someone could help, that would be greatly appreciated, because school is starting soon.

P.S. When I run the WIndows Network Diagnostics, it says: "Windows did not detect a network card is installed correctly. If you have a network card, you will need to re - install the driver. "However, when I try to do, he states that he is unable to comlete, due to their status as no adapter.

  • Windows XP Installer does not not for updates or MS Office 2010. Error says Safe Mode, but I'm not in it.

Windows XP Installer doesn't work is not for the automatic updates or MS Office 2010. Error says Safe Mode, but my machine is not in Mode without failure.

When I try to run MS Office 2010, it starts a dialog box "preparing to install...." "even if I had used it for a few years. In the end, it fails and tells me whether I'm in Mode safe or I need to reinstall Windows Installer, I have done several times.

I can automatically download updates and they seem to be installed, but all fail at the end.

Any ideas on how to address this problem? Yes, I know that it is probably recommended to buy a new PC, but I need this machine operate fully for the next months. Then by reloading the operating system does not, either. He told me that my XP disc is the wrong version.

  • Works Suite 2003 will not install on windows 7. compatibility issue?

Original title: Works Suite 2003 will not install on windows 7. compatibility issue? If so how to solve it.

I tried to install Works Suite 2003 on my laptop using Windows 7, 64 bit. He has a problem loading and wants to perform a clean boot. The boot minimal instructions do not apply to windows 7, so how can I get this Microsoft program on this computer running a Microsoft OS?

    Hello

    ·        Which edition of Windows 7 you are using?

Works Suite 2003 is not compatible with Windows 7. Click on the link below.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/Windows/compatibility/Windows-7/en-us/search.aspx?l=en-us&type=software&s=works%20Suite%202003%20&OS=64-bit

You can try the byAndre.Ziegler suggested in his previous post suggestions, but note that XP mode will only work if you have Windows 7 Professional / Enterprise / ultimate.

Apart from this, you can install the program in compatibility mode and check if it works or not.

  • Problems with the windows 10 installation partitions

So I try to install windows 10 via bootcamp on my macbook pro 2012.

However, I still have problems when I get to the screen of partition on windows 10 installation.

So I opened the USB BOOT EFI and install from there.

I enter my product key, accept the license, and I'm greeted by the partitioning. I select the bootcamp partition, but it will not format, gives me an error message, or it will allow me to format, but no real format. If I try to delete the partition I can't create a new one, because it gives me an error message. If I try to solve this problem by making the partition EXFAT / FAT always displays the problem. If I format it under OS X EXTENDED it allows me to move forward, but after installation, it simply gives me the blue screen of death trying to boot from the BOOT EFI of SSD.

No idea how to solve this problem, I am getting very frustrated and frankly upset against apple to give instructions so little.

    Thank you.

  • Satellite M30X windows 2000 installation problem

I noticed ribooth has also posted a message with the same problem... but I haven't seen a real answer. The problem: if I try to install Windows 2000 Professional (including SP2) on my satellite M30X-130. The windows 2000 Setup program crashes with a "page in a no fault paged area" in acpi.sys just at the moment where the status in the status bar has been changed from windows 2000. If I press F7 during startup, acpi support is disabled and no page error occurs but the windows 2000 installation hangs on "the first screen" where you should be able to start, stop and? installation. There is no additional hardware installed and I'm unable to partition and format the HD with W2k. If I do it with win98 and create a FAT32 partition and try to install w2k on it I get the same ' page in a no fault paged area "acpi.sys error. Any suggestions to fix this?
