Hello
I have fixed many times by the steps described in this article...
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/330184
This is not guaranteed because the problem can be reduced to hard drive failure rather than just the corruption of the boot.ini file.
If it does not solve the problem, post back and I will get back on it.

Looking for errors like this by doing a search on Google for the name of the file. Usually, they turn up without success.
When a search in no hits or suspicious hits result, the answer is usually that the file in question is linked to the malicious software and your anti-malware application has deleted or quarantined file, but left to the Windows registry entry that tries to start the malicious software when you start your computer.
See http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-files/error-of-sshnas21dll-missing-at-the-startup/c414c2a7-eb5c-4d67-9883-7817fb742d18 (ignore the parts specific to Windows 7)
Download, install, update and run full scans with two of these free analytical tools:
MalwareBytes AntiMalware
SUPERAntiSpywareDo not run the scans at the same time. They can take some time, so start an and then go for a non computer chore for awhile.
If the scans does not solve the problem (and they can't, because the actual malware file has already been processed), then download and run Autoruns. Click on the "Connection" tab and look in the column 'Image path' for the dll named in your error message. If it is not displayed in the connection tab, click the "all" tab and use the file > search tool. A characteristic of the search of Autoruns tool is that you must move the selection under the element line "found" before you "Find Next."
Once you find the line with the file in question, either "delete" or (if you want to be safer) uncheck the box. The latter prevents the line running, but you can reactivate it later by removing the check mark.

Error performance of load C:/windows/system32/sshnas21.dll DLL.
I have Windows Vista and, recently, an error box / message on the main screen after signing in. It has a big red X on the left, top left he says Run DLL and in the box: error C:/windows/system32/sshnas21.dll load. He seems to have shown little Mcaffee after install, uninstall, and reinstall a part of their security. I already had the main guarantee, but it is the part of the protection of the family. They could not understand why this program will not open. So obviously, I now this message they say is due to my computer, not them. Help me! How can I fix this message?

Noise - HHCTRL. OCX occupied an address box reserved for Windows system DLLS
OK so I have a satellite phone and since yesterday, whenever I turn on my laptop, I get this message: -.
RTHDCPL. EXE - repositioning of unauthorized system DLL
DLL user32.dll system was moved in memory. The application will not work correctly. The move took place because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL. OCX occupied an address box reserved for Windows system DLLS. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLLSo, I sat like 1 million bulletin boards etc. and not got anywhere. I'm normally ok with computers, but this time I confess that I have not the slightest idea what to do. It of really bugging me, can anyone help? Some message boards have taken me to a link on the Microsoft Web site to download something, but it says you must have windows XP service pack 2 and honestly, I have no idea and do not want to download something to totally screw up my laptop! (ok, maybe I'm not very good with computers!) Also, I found a site telling me something to do but I had no idea where to go or anything! I need someone to tell me EXACTLY what to do to get rid of this really annoying message. Also some sites say that when you press 'OK' another message appears, mine isn't it just goes!

Hi when I start my laptot get this time on screen, c:window\system\spool\driver\x64\3lxcf time.dll ewry. lack of entry_run dllentry@16 it please can someone tell me what it is regarding
This DLL (for example, Dynamic Link Library) would have to do with a dynamic timer in your Lexmark printer software. The Lexmark printer software is configured to load each time that you start the computer, so when Windows starts, this error occurs.
First of all, I would like to see if the Lexmark Support site has an update for your printer software. If no update is available, the original software and reinstall it. Who would recreate the DLL registration and should solve your problems.

Lack of C:\windows\system32\sshnas21.dll - error message
I get this error at startup: c:\windows\system32\sshnas21.dll is missing or damaged. I don't ' think I have a virus, I had run a check using business AVG and nothing was found last week. I am running again this am. Last night I ran a registry cleaner free trying to fix my Outlook email in question and said the vacuum we found thousands of entries I did not buy the software so that it ran and cleaned only a few entries. He was ParetoLogic pc health advisor. This morning my sidebar does not work. My OS is Vista. I did a search on the problem of dll, it responds to me told to delete all occurrences of sshnas21 of regedit. I opened Regedit it registered 'My computer' with 4 or 5 entries under it. I went to edit/search/trying to find a sshnas but everything came right I wasn't sure if I should delete all or what the devil at this point. My email still will not let me click on links within an email or a word document... my side bar does not, now, I have a msg of error at startup... Help would be greatly appreciated.
I found the answer in another forum... http://en.kioskea.NET/forum/affich-286191-error-loading-c-Windows-System32-sshnas21-DL Thank you commentcamarche! the fixed perfectly.
