Video loading extended canvas

So, after a lot of research here I see that the only way to load a video is using the dom manipulation and creating a tag video. And I'm assuming that use CSS to position on your canvas, as if it were part of it.

Source: How to load the video in Html5 Canvas?

My other questions include, this work for the addition of let's say a youtube video? I think that Yes cause you're just manipulation of the dom.

Second and more important issue how to differentiate the code which will work out cloth vs Flash? Is there like a documentation on the reference of the canvas code?

How can I just write in javascript, and everything will be fine?

If you work in a HTML5 Canvas and WebGL FLA, you can use Javascript. If you work in an AS3 FLA, you can use ActionScript. If you convert a type to another, the code gets commented on.

    How to load external video in canvas CC animate using createJs?

    Create a video of the HTML tag in a DOM element that is positioned on the canvas.

    Here are a couple of simple functions to manage the creation of DOM element in canvas mode:

    // Create a DIV layer above the canvas
    // Accepts X, Y, width, height, HTML content, and CSS styling (optional)
    // CSS styling is a string with format "prop:value; prop:value" etc.
    // CSS properties must use JavaScript aliases
    // Returns a reference to the DIV, required to remove it later
    //
    // DIV is added as a child to the CreateJS stage, allowing all
    // applicable properties and methods to be used.
    // http://www.createjs.com/docs/easeljs/classes/DOMElement.html
    makeDiv = function(x, y, w, h, html, css) {
        // create and initialize DIV element
        var d = document.createElement("div");
        d.style.visibility = "hidden";
        d.style.position = "absolute";
        d.style.left = 0;
        d.style.top = 0;
        d.style.width = w + "px";
        d.style.height = h + "px";
        d.style.overflow = "auto";
        d.innerHTML = html;
        // apply styling
        if (css) {
            var cssPair;
            var cssStyles = css.split(";");
            var i = cssStyles.length;
            while ( i ) {
                cssPair = cssStyles[--i].split(":");
                if (cssPair.length == 2) {
                    d.style[cssPair[0].trim()] = cssPair[1].trim();
                }
            }
        }
        // attach element to CreateJS stage
        canvas.parentNode.appendChild(d);
        var dcjs = new createjs.DOMElement(d);
        dcjs.x = x;
        dcjs.y = y;
        return(stage.addChild(dcjs));
    }

    // Remove a DIV created by makeDiv
    rmDiv = function(ref) {
        // sanity check
        if (!ref) {
            return;
        }
        // remove the HTML element
        var elem = ref.htmlElement;
        if (elem.parentNode) {
            elem.parentNode.removeChild(elem);
        }
        // remove the DOMElement proxy
        stage.removeChild(ref);
    }

    Example:

    makeDiv(0, 0, 640, 480, "");

  • HP Pavilion g7: gel g7 HP Pavilion at the game and video, loading screens

    So, he started like 3 months ago when I got my laptop back from repairs. I wanted to play a game (Splinter Cell: Conviction) via Steam. I turned on the game and saw the intro, but with no sound. Then, it turned out to be black. I waited 2 minutes before it loads. He loaded, fortunately. But then, when I started to play the game, it happens again. A mission has been loading and I could see the game loading icon, but for 3 minutes. When the game started, it was OK. But then, in a cutscene, it happened again. I saw the picture of the main protagonist, but no video or sound. This has happened in each cutscene and loading screen. Even when I'm dead in the game, it happened. Almost all of my games on Steam to do this (Splinter Cell: Conviction, Batman: AA, Injustice). On the other hand, there are few games that don't do this (the origins of Batman Arkham, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Batman: Arkham City).

    Two months earlier, the problem to grow. Even videos on Youtube and all the other video portals are the same thing. I see the screen on a video and the videos on the right, but the video does not play. I have to wait 2 minutes until it loads. Every single video. He then starts, plays and plays. But, when I stop in the middle (anywhere) and then want to watch further, the loading is here again. It takes again like 2-3 minutes.

    But the worst is the multiplayer games. I have it be based on Payday: The Heist. Let's say I made a lobby for other people to participate. Then I press "start the game". The loading screen strikes again. All the players in my lobby connection let go me. When I join a game of others, I play like a minute, and then it happens again. It stucks (I can hear the soundtrack) and then told me that I lost the connection to the host. Some games do not have this (Minecraft, Portal 2), but some do (Payday: The Heist, Batman: Arkham origins). There is no connection problems, my brother has a PC and its internet connection in these games is perfect.

    When I want to open a file, it's OK. Opening files is not a problem.

    When I tried to think about it, I thought that the problem is in the sound. Thus, in Splinter Cell: Conviction, I tried something. Every time there is a loading screen, I turned the sound on my laptop. The screen was completely normal, loading took only 5 seconds. I was very happy, but when I tried a second time, it did not work. And third, fourth, fifth...

    Currently, the problem gets bigger. I can't read some of my favorite games of co - op and etc. The loading is very annoying. I'll be very happy if a solution will be found.

    Sorry for my English, I am from Czech Republic.

    Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I saw your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook g7 and the problem with the speed. Here's a document on improving your system.

    Make sure that all updates are completed within the control panel or click the Windows key and start typing the laptop settings, then go to update.

    You could try a refresh of Windows 8. Please read the entire document before performing. This could restore all the settings on the PC.

    Movie Maker has problems of compatibility with the MPEG files...
    It may be interesting to try to convert the file to the. WMV

    There are many programs that can do conversions...
    The following freeware is an example...:

    (FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)

    Format Factory

    (the file you want to download is: > FFSetup260.zip<>
    (FWIW... installation..., you can uncheck
    ('all' boxes on the last screen)

    First, you will need to decompress the file or just open the
    Drag FFSetup260.exe out of the folder
    and drop it on your desktop. To install left click.

    Next, after the download and installation of Format
    Factory... you can open the program and
    left click on the toolbar, the "Option" button and
    "Select an output folder to" / apply / OK.
    (this is where you find your files after they)
    are converted)

    Drag and drop your video clips on the main screen...

    Select "all to WMV" / OK...

    Click on... Beginning... in the toolbar...

    That should do it...

  • Video loading on 5310 MCU (via XML - RPC)

    Hello.

    I am trying to create a script for Nagios monitoring monitor the use of the video ports on my 5310 MCU (software version 4.4).

    I found an example of a perl using RPC::XML scipt and it works quiet well except for one thing: I have no video support.

    I used the "device.health.query" method, which should include a member named "videoLoad" (an allusion to Cisco TelePresence MCU API 2.10 Guide).

    I get a correct result of this method, but there are some missing members.

    Here is the result:

    rtcBatteryStatus

    Ok

    operationalStatus

    assets

    voltagesStatusWorst

    Ok

    fanStatusWorst

    Ok

    temperatureStatusWorst

    Ok

    temperatureStatus

    Ok

    mediaLoad

    1

    voltagesStatus

    Ok

    fanStatus

    Ok

    cpuLoad

    0

    rtcBatteryStatusWorst

    Ok

    There is no «videoLoad» Member

    Is that what I got wrong, or do I have to activate something on the MCU?

    Is there another way to get the load of the video of the MCU (such as SNMP or sth)?

    Kind regards

    Sven Lindeke

    HELLO Sven.  Thus, it seems that the platform of the 5300 series will not return these values as the old platforms.  VideoLoad and audioLoad return values have been deleted because they were reporting incorrect information from this platform works mixed audio and video DSP unlike older models of MCU.

    The only options I see here:

    (1) run a script to extract the status data > conferences page.
    (2) to invest in the conductor and request a conductor for audio and video ports in use.
    (3) account team push to drive above CDETS for call API to draw the status information > conferences page.
    (4) put in place a script to subscribe to and then listen to the events of feedback - see page 18 of the http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/mcu/api_guide/MCU_API_2-10.pdf
    May be able to count participants join and leave this way maybe.

    I know that doesn't help you now, but only four methods I can recommend at this time.

  • Record h.264 video, load StageWebView

    is it possible to load a video and save it in the file system

    then charge back in and read it in stageWebView?

    When I load the recorded video, it is as a byteArray.

    Hello

    Assuming you have access to raw bytes (it would be better if you receive data in an asynchronous way) I think you could certainly save data in the repository app (it is in sandbox data application on iOS) in a way like:

    var file:File = File.applicationStorageDirectory.resolvePath ("myVideo.mp4");

    Open FileStream, then write that data happens (or all at once).

    Once you have this file, you can:

    -load directly as shown here:

    http://forums.Adobe.com/message/3694991#3694991

    -load via thin 'html' lodging web page (you'd have to create this thin html page for this file video, both of accommodation):

    http://Sonnati.WordPress.com/2011/04/26/air-2-6-for-iOS-and-video-playback/

    (these two solutions require StageWebView as you noted)

  • Stop video loading - is it possible?

    Hi all.

    I did a player web, based on the OSMF framework. Initially, it loads a standard quality video - but the user can then choose get a larger version of the video, using a 'resolution of the switch' - button.

    The problem is that, during the switch, the player continues the clip low resolution - and vice versa. As you can see in the code, I tried different approaches to solve this problem.

    So: I need to force the movie to stop loading - and preferably without forcing the player to load. Is this possible?

    Here is the code that takes care of the video:

    public void loadVideo (theURL) {}
    trace ("load video" + theURL);
    If (mediaContainer) {}
    mediaPlayer.stop ();
    videoplaceholder.removeChild (mediaContainer);
    mediaContainer.removeMediaElement (currentMediaElement);
    mediaFactory.removeItem (mediaElement);
    mediaPlayer.media = undefined;
    }

    mediaPlayer = new MediaPlayer();
    NAR view' and bliver tilgaengeligt, send da event
    mediaPlayer.addEventListener (MediaPlayerCapabilityChangeEvent.CAN_PLAY_CHANGE, onViewable);
    mediaElement = mediaFactory.createMediaElement (new URLResource (theURL));

    layout = new LayoutMetadata();
    Layout.Width = playerdimensions [0];
    Layout.Height = playerdimensions [1];

    If (! scrubber) {}
    addScrubberAndStuff();
    }

    mediaPlayer.addEventListener (DisplayObjectEvent.MEDIA_SIZE_CHANGE, onDimensionsChange);
    mediaPlayer.addEventListener (TimeEvent.CURRENT_TIME_CHANGE, onCurrentTimeChange);
    mediaPlayer.addEventListener (TimeEvent.COMPLETE, videoHasEnded);
    mediaPlayer.media = mediaElement;

    }

    Best regards

    Anders

    Okay, it looks like you will create a second instance of MediaPlayer is called the second time loadVideo().  I advise to use a single instance of MediaPlayer, no matter how many different loaded videos.  The loadVideo() method only needs to create the appropriate MediaElement and assign it to MediaPlayer (as well as add it to MediaContainer).
