  ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  ·         Do you have any extended monitor connected to the computer in the past or at the present time?

  Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

  My phone was used to take some videos of my horse jumping during a show. 3 videos read perfectly but the main I wanted says it is 0:00 in length and shows as just a white tile in the camera roll and when you click on play the phone tells me it is a unsupported video format and that the film cannot be read because the video format is not supported. If you have the raw executable driver for the operating system file previous version installed (Windows 7), then you can install this driver in compatibility mode in Windows 8/8.1.   I have a project with a bunch of videos. For maximum compatibility with users of bandwidth, I used the YouTube video widget for the vids are hosted by another person.

  They worked very well. Except when I closed the project and came back: every single video widget was listed as not supported in the HTML5 Tracker.

  I had to delete and re-create the best to each of these video widgets. Not a happy user.

  Someone at - it happen to them, and have the best solution? Adobe, are you listening? It is a BAD bug.

These files were not deleted somehow, just moved from one region to another in safe mode. The sizes of these photos and videos are normal and their respective sizes. I decided to place these files in normal mode and then restarted my computer, however, nothing has worked. I sill have the folder "FILES2KEEP" on desktop 2, but without the files user account. This could be the cause this and what are the several ways to address this issue?

  (Note: I'm running on Windows Vista Edition complete with Service Pack 2)

  Safe mode was probably not the cause, but the files are permanently damaged and need to be restored from your most recent backup.  The files may have been damaged during the move, but which is unlikely because move files only changes their display location, the tracks on the disc do not actually move.

  Your camera produces AVI with MJPEG codec. And your problem is quite common that Premiere Elements may have problems with MJPEG files. Generally re - install a MJPEG codec will solve the problem. You can try it free:
