  Unfortunately, you cannot use the keys provided for Windows 8 for Windows 7. In any case, directly upgrade your installation from Windows 7 to Windows 8. The keys are specific to the Windows versions, editions and architectures. They cannot be used between.

• In my view, the shortcut keys are enabled on my laptop.

  There is no shortcuts that I'm familiar with that results in what you see with the keys (in combination with the ctrl/alt/win keys). I am more inclined to think that your keyboard is damaged or that a key is stuck.

  If possible, I would try to plugged a USB keyboard on the system and see if it behaves correctly. If so, then you will have the laptop brought to a technician to have the existing card replaced. Consult the manufacturer if it is under warranty.

  Keyboard shortcuts are enabled in the Control Panel/ease of Access center in facilitating the use if you want to look at the keyboard. Your symptoms do not match the expected behavior, so this may not resolve your problem.

• PCoIP and how to increase the capacity of a sweet view customer image decoder

  We see a huge difference in this capacity between a zero client and sweet and I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to change this functionality on the soft client?  We find that the zero clients have 10 x vs the soft client capacity.  Basically, in a network scenario EXTENDED, we see that zero clients perform slightly better than the soft client and made the difference in ability of the decoder picture wondering.  The soft client is a ThinOS (Stratodesk) running on an I5 gen 4 processors and 2 GB of ram.

  An update... it looks like the piece of performance has nothing to do with the customer to view and is on the side of Stratodesk (need to use an image with a newer set of drivers).  If anyone is wondering what the ability to image decoder is here was the response of Teradici support:

  I am running view 5.2 and I would switch to 6 reviews. However, for remote connections, we use Juniper SSL. If a computer has the latest version of the Client view, or the 2.x customer, they can not connect to their desktop computer. They receive the message

  View Client is not installed on your computer. You will now be redirected to a location configured by the administrator to download and install the client.

  It's funny, my problem is that every old version of the Client works with everything, which means there is no mechanism to direct users to newer versions or restrict which versions can be used to access our environment up-to-date.  So, don't worry about it!  Your users can continue to use any old version of the Client notice (for now) with any version of any OS (OS x or Windows) and will continue to work with any version of Horizon view. (5.0 +).  I do not say that there is no quirks to use older versions of the client here and there, but on a weekly basis, we discover a user with one of the old installed 5.x customers and access our 6.0.1 environment.

  I've just set up my old laptop TECRA A2 with a newer version of Windows XP (including SP3).
  Everything works fine. The only problem is that I can't access my FN keys to increase or decrease the brightness of the screen.

  I installed all the drivers and I recognized that the problem is a not good installed saver, although I downloaded the 'new' Power Saver for the TECRA A2.

  After installation it still appears the message; "You have no access rights to access energy savings." Now, it's strange that I have logged in as administrator of the A2.

  I was wondering if someone could post their content for this key?

  I don't want to do a complete reinstallation of the operating system because it seems to me a lot for such a small thing.

  I suspect that you need move on to a more robust way of using Windows by
  (a) restoration of the fastening system facilities. He must show a lot of restore points.
