If you have downloaded the Mozilla's Aurora zip package, you can try to create a plugins folder in the extracted folder firefox as shown in the Readme Adobe. That way you would the regular Firefox for Ubuntu with Gnash, as well as the future Firefox with Flash and maybe Squeak. Please note that it would be a good idea to create another profile (for eg. aurora) and switch between the two profiles for Firefox and Aurora to prevent the possible alteration of personal data. Ubuntu forums would also be very useful.

  If it s not the case, a hardware problem may be possible

  In your case I guess the keyboard could malfunction. But it's just my personal suggestion and a cheque of laptop would be needed to ensure that's exactly wrong.

  Follow the steps below to remove the old network connections on a Windows vista computer.

  (1) use your mouse to click on the start menu, and then select Control Panel.

  2) click the button on "Network and Internet" Control Panel and select network and sharing Center.

  3) click on the tab "manage network connections".

  (4) find the old network connections you want to remove in the scroll bar. According to the number of connections you currently have in Windows Vista, it is possible that you need to scroll a bit to find the one you want to delete.

  5) click on the old connection you want to remove.

  6) click on the button 'delete '.

  (7) to confirm your selection by pressing 'Yes' when asked if you are sure you want to remove the connection. You can also choose to press 'Cancel' or 'No' to return to the previous screen and prohibit the removal of the connection.

  (8) notes that you can also change the network through the Network Wizard. Simply click on start, then "Connect To" and "show all connections".

  Start > type CMD

  Right click on CMD and select run as administrator

  Type Sfc/scannow

  Press enter

  Note: There is a space between sfc and / scannow

  You will need to have your drive Windows recovery on hand in case there are corrupt or missing files.  SFC will ask you the disc in order to replace these files.

  If SFC cannot repair the files, you will need to reinstall Windows Vista
