Hello
1. what operating system is installed on your computer? What is Windows XP, Vista or 7?
2. could you give us the exact error that you are experiencing?
3. What are the troubleshooting steps you have already tried?
4. from where you try to download the .NET Framework?
Method 1.
It is a possibility that you download the 32-bit version of the .NET Framework. If you have a 64-bit operating system, you must download and install the 64-bit version of the .NET Framework. Here is the link:

Cannot install updates or Flash Player on Windows Vista
I know this is an old machine, but I really need help.
I recently had to restore laptop cleaning to factory settings and have had problems with windows update since.
Running Vista Home 32-bit.
Installing sp2, but now he finds other 120ish updated but will not progress the 0% download status
Also cannot install latest Flash Player. Going to download but not install.
Some research suggests that this was a certificate problem and run up-to-date KB2763674
Have downloaded it but when I try to run it I am stuck as I threw in a "search for update" constantly.
Pointers appreciated.
