When I was able to run the checkdisk utility and found that this same file CDF - MS rode as error and checkdisk supposed to solve this problem, when I run the directory service again right after that it arranges the checkdisk says disc is clean, but it turns very quickly, just about 5 seconds to run checkdisk, then if I try to boot from the disc or other options of connection the error wil come back

  When you did the repair system/upgrade using the version upgrade of the Installation of Vista Business disk, which was the operating system that was on the system before the problems started (before that you did the re-Setup)?  If not and you have used the OEM product key, it triggered correctly?  Go to start / computer / system properties and at the bottom it says it is active?  That is not an immediate problem, but can backfire on you in 30 days if it is not resolved.  To activate manually, go to start, search, and type in slui 4 enter.  Enter your country and press Next.  You will be on a screen with a phone number and a bunch of codes below.  Dial the number and browse automatic guests until you get to a human being.  Have your handy product code because it will be asked.  Explain that this is the same PC.  They should give you a code to enter on this screen to activate Vista (as long as it's the same version of fix than the OEM version).

  I guess you can still work in SafeMode with networking (but not normal mode).

  We will test your hard drive, a different way.  To test your hard drive, check the manufacturer and then get the diagnostic utility of: http://www.techsupportforum.com/hardware-support/hard-drive-support/302602-hard-drive-diagnostic-utilities.html.  If she failed the test, replace it.  If she passes the test, then it's probably nothing wrong with it.

  Upgrade to 8 FF (of 3.6) seem to go smoothly, as did restart on Acer desktop running Windows 7 Home Premium. • Satellite L655 - upgrade RAM causes the system crash

  I bought and inserted 2 RAM Kingston 4 GB chips. When I boot the Windows and Ubuntu 14.04 (I have a dual boot) fails.

  If I run a test memory Ubuntu start menu, the system hangs.

  I put the old RAM and all is well.

  To resolve this problem, I tried upgrading the BIOS firmware using the software available on the Toshiba site, but it gives me an error saying that the battery must be fully charged and the power adapter is connected. A fully charged battery with the charger plugged still gives the same error. I replaced the battery, which was old and lasted 5 minutes, but the error remains on the upgrade of the bios.

  Any ideas what could be causing this would be appreciated.

  Can I get hold of a BIOS upgrade CD ISO which does not check the status of the battery and the charger? I promise you I will not let the of of the machine while upgrading the bios is going forward!

• HP DV6: SimplePass causing dllhost restart

  Hello. So I have a laptop DV 6 and I upgraded to Win10 when released MS it is free. Since then it has worked very well. All of a sudden, I noticed that my mouse cursor is flashing and showing a busy sign and my LED finger print scanner blinks as well.

  I have used Explorer process to invesigate and found that the dllhost.exe was put on and ending and reformulating in a loop with a new process id. I disabled the biometric device and the system has stabilized.

  I then activated the unit and the behavior resumed. I've disabled and scanned for viruses (not found). I removed simplepass and helped the unit, the system is stable. I reinstalled simplepass and the problem is back.

  At this point, I have removed simplepass and download ccleaner to see if there is something in the registry causing and the question. I have the driver version is 4.5.235.0. The Simplepass Version is 6.0.100.244 (mentioned on the setup.exe)

  Ideas to help solve this problem will be apprecaited.

  the point on what I'm doing.  Remember, I use a 3rd third-party tool to monitor the deployment.  This is the first command file which will test (additional lines exist for testing, as well as statements of break - they will be deleted) if the tools are installed, if they are not the output.  Then test the guest machine status - whether an upgrade is available.  If installation script is available, that she, the 3rd third-party tool, will inaugurate the real.  If it isn't available, it ends with an error code and the installation will not continue.  It is only for host servers running a Windows operating system.  The file under work, not completely tested cmd on all older versions, but it works on 2008 R2, 2008 x 86 and 2003 x 86.  Once again, this will be useful if you use 3rd party tools.
