  After I installed Windows 7 security update KB2419640, I get a blue screen after reboot and finally do a system restore.  Can someone explain how to get this update to work? I have tried several times now and it installs by is kind of lonely. Don't know what else to do.

  Hello, I have a HP Pavilion g6-1a52nr Notebook PC (running Windows 7 64 bit) which is in a reboot loop. This happened after I installed VMWare Workstation 7 (in the installation process there is no occurs.but error after installing that I try to reboot the machine, and then the following error has occurred).
  Now whenever the notebook starts up, it seems to be in a reboot loop after the windows logo then get a blue screen.
  When I connect to the system using vmware safemode also working.but in normal mode it displays a blue screen after logiin screen shows.

• Blue screen after installing pentium D 960 on windows vista

  I recently bought a pentium D 960 on Ebay. It works very well for a while, then I get a blue screen Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area. My computer is a compaq presario sr2163wm. Compaq said that the processor should work. I don't think that the processor is bad because I ran it on the same machine with linux Ultimate Edition 3.0 for 3 days straight without any problems.  also had a blue screen which says something about an incorrect header? I had problems with windows stop but not the material, before I installed the processor. I just reinstalled windows with source material (the only way to really install windows with a recovery cd). One last thing, I use a Galaxy Geforce GT 520 to 810 MHz and 2048 MB of DDR3. system has 2 GB of DDR2 ram. chipset is a xpress 1100 ATI (northbridge and sb600 southbridge. 4 mb. bios RC415 latest revision 2008 5.34 (5.3 something) metagrads, Inc. of vista sp2 fully updated home base.)

  The combination seems to be OK, based on the specifications of the motherboard.

The problem is I have a Hauppauge winTV TV tuner card is installed and cela mucks the other pilots on this installation. Everything went well after I got rid of the TV card. It seems that hauppage isn't a suitable driver for their card and windows 7 install their WDM driver for him and it does not.   Just install my new geforce gt 240 to replace my 9400gt. After reinstalled vista driver & restart, my system to start start then goes to a white screen for 2-3mins fight & displays a blue screen quickly and then restart & repeat once again. Vista will boot into safe mode without problem & also start normally when I reinstall my old card. my system is fully updated & all drivers are up to date.

  Thank you very much for the help, discovered that the graphics card was defective. Tested my friends GT 220 card in my system & installed without any problems. Anyway, I picked up the card & brought a radeon HD5450 instead, installed without a problem, then I say problem solved.
