  I have a printer Envy 5530 (new, never used or put in place) and I would like to use it to print remotely from my tablet. My tablet is running Android 4.2.2.

  I DO NOT have a computer and would like to know if there is a way to set up this printer to print remotely from my Tablet without needing to use a computer in the configuration.

  My tablet is currently connected wireless to my router which is not vacant ports Ethernet open if they needed to be able to print (although do if completely wireless would be preferred.)

  (a) use Google Play/store to install HP ePrint app on your Android device to print when the TWO are on the same network.

  (b) that your printer is also an ePrint printer. You can send an email to the email address that you want to print (supported file formats) when you are away from home

  I recently bought a HP ENVY 5530 printer all-in-one.

  Everything ok except when it comes to print photos and images. The quality is terrible. I tried changing the settings of different paper etc. but it doesn't seem to make a difference.  He just terrible fate. I did all the actions of cleanup on it.

  Any help would be welcome.

  I downloaded this printer on a laptop of a second, smaller staff. The wireless print job runs from this laptop.  Today I received the message from HP to insert the CD to complete the installation of updates, messages, etc.  I used the CD on our primary laptop when it was installed.  However, this laptop doesn't have a CD option.  I went to the HP site but don't know what it is I need to download or where it is located?  I load this on this laptop because it is already loaded on our primary laptop?  If so, what - what is to be downloaded?  I must be near the printer when I do this?  Thanks for any help!

  If there is no problems, then you're done. If there are problems with the printer, do as I mentioned and run the installation from the Web site. You do not need to use a disk, just run the installation ended well.

  I recently bought a HP 5530 want printer.  The printer connects to my WiFi, but the computer does not connect to the printer wireless - also, there was no included USB cord so I can't print.  Do you know how to solve this.

  I see that you experience a problem when you try to connect the printer to your Mac with a wireless connection.

  I have some suggestions that we can try to solve this problem for you.

  First of all, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a bar/power strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer for example, but it is intended for HP products in general. Please click the link which explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

  Please click on the following link for instructions on How to reset the printing system.

  The following link, I have for you gives instructions on how to repair disk permissions.

  Once the first two steps, please click on the last link to the HP ENVY 5530 e-all-in-One Printer series full feature software and drivers.

• HP Envy 5530 series: HP Envy 5530 scanning problems

  I have a computer laptop, MSI game with wireless connection to my HP Envy 5530 series printer/scanner

  On my desktop, double click on the HP Envy icon used to bring up a menu to choose what to do with the printer. It worked great for scanning. IDKY but now when I double click the icon even a useless window comes with 2 unnecessary options and no scanning options of the computer. What happened to HP? Why change a good thing? I don't know how to start a scan now. Of least not without deep research for the button. I have not yet found.

  So I try different options to try to scan something including installation HP Support Assistant and HP and Scan Dr. printing performance. At the end of this installation and Scan Dr. run he had the opportunity to test the scan. This was the case, I saved it in a file, but the file would not reopen so she almost but does not solve anything for me. I want the simple button that works well again. Where at - it go?

  My suggestion: install softare and the driver on your computer using the fillowing:

  After that,.

  (a) ion on desktop, double-click

  (b) select manage the Scan of the computer
  (c) click on Enable.

  You can start automatically with Windows, BUT you will get an arror message if you turn on the computer FRONT of the printer.

  Now you can scan computer or ptrinter.

  (Note: I have tested and used the same printer for over a year and no problems what so ever).

  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you want to scan a document with your Envy printer and access with your Chromebook.

  It is not as easy to do on a Chromebook. If you had a Windows PC or a Mac, you would be able to use the software of the printer.  Some printers have a function of e-mail scanning. It is of a decent workaround if your printer supports scanning to e-mail.

  I'm trying to install the software on the HP Envy 5530 contect to my Dell Windows 7 Home Enterprise laptop runing.  I have installed and uninstalled. use the web and the installation disk but when I check the printer it shows a warning triangle with an exclamation point (!), which tells me he needs in case of a problem.  I get the error "WSD print device driver is not installed.  Please help me.

  There is no W7 32 bit graphics drivers switchable configuration from anywhere.

  Your only choice if you want to properly run W7, is to install W7 x 64, and then you can use the drivers and software of the m6t-1000 except the BIOS and firmware files.

  The bad news is that there is not a list of graphics cards for PC.

  Consult this publication documentfor more information.

  Playing the latest games with ease will require a greater than 430 Watt power supply.   You should consider a watt Corsair CX500, or CX600 power.

  Your PC has an update of the BIOS posted, so you must apply the update before using a different video card.

• Want 5660: Cannot connect HP Envy 5660 to my macbook pro version 10.9.5

  I bought a HP Envy 5660 today.  I tried for several hours, but cannot install the printer on my Macbook pro, version 10.9.5.  They assured me that there would be no problem, I missed something?  You have to install via the USB cable (it was not included)?  I get to select the device you want to install, but it is not locate the device.  Any tips?   It worked very well for my iPhone.

  Well, you can still use this router, but I suggest you contact the manufacturer of the router to disable the frequency of 5.0. If you have the know-how, you can go to the routers on the computer's built-in Web page and make you that adjustment.

  There is also a setting on the printer that could conflict with the wireless feature. Before tinkering with the router, let's go to the front panel of the printer, in settings/settings, then select Network Configuration. In the network configuration menu, please go to Advanced Details then IPv6. Please disable IPv6.

  I saw the IPV6 interferes with the Hello Protocol several times, often time turning off this feature will solve the problem and allow the Mac to see the printer on the network. Once IPV6 is disabled try to add the printer again.

  If the problem persists, the next step is change the router so that it only broadcasts of 2.4 GHz.
