  all this work is after the 10.2.1.537 update expect SMS.

  have no problem sending or get text messages, but nothing is visible in the folder "text messages".  new sms also not been notified and asterisk and sound (despite the sound setting on for incoming sms).

  I restarted 3 times... same power off and took out the battery for abt 5-10 minutes. still not appear in the folder "text messages" SMS.

  Tips to clear the message unread... try them in the order.

  The main Messages folder and select today's date, click on the menu button and then select Mark prior opened.
  * Hard Reset BlackBerry now ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or with the BlackBerry power, remove the battery and reinsert the battery)
  Messages > saved Messages
  Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
  * Scroll at the top of the folder, on the title menu, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN date
  Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
  * Connect to Desktop Manager > backup/restore > advanced. On the right pane is the list of the data on your device. Scroll to the e-mail highlighted messages database, and then below, select TRANSPARENT. This will clear your system of all messages.
  * Clean and reload your OS.

  (1) in the WLS Console / Home > summary of the security areas > myrealm > Users and Groups > BISystemUser
  And
  (2) in em, weblogic domain > bifoundation_domain > Security > Credentials > oracle.bi.system-> system.user

  No - you can't retrieve pictures directly from your watch. However, you can add your replacement iPhone.

  Apple Watch stores the photos in an album photo sync on your iPhone. By default, it's on your album of Favorites (the photos that you have marked as Favorites). The photos may not be synchronized / extra back to your new iPhone to your watch - synchronization only works on the other hand.

  To keep the same pictures on your watch once it is paired with your replacement iPhone, you must add these same photos to the iPhone. You may be able to do this by restoring a recent backup of your iPhone:

  Office has not OE and Outlook.  Are you sure you are using OE and not Outlook?

  The default location of the address book (wab file) is C:\Documents and Settings\ [username] \Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book\username.wab

  The location is hidden, so you must go to control panel | Folder options | Discovers and check the box to include the display of the hidden files and folders and uncheck the option to hide the extensions of the file types that you want to know.  Then see if you can browse to the location of the wab file and find him then.
