  Sorry all my Confusion, I have posted on the Sony site, they finally answered - sorry for my mistake. We will keep you up-to-date, however. I think personally that they may move the camera (or something) - but 4 years old but I love it so much.

  There is no drivers for the Linux operating system. If you want to transfer images from the camera to your PC under Linux, you can connect the DSC QX100 to the USB and it should be detected as a mass storage device or use a memory card reader.

  The camera doesn't have the ability to crop or resize the image. To do this, you can use the software House Playmemories to change the image.

  When the full Table Scan is performed
  
  When the table contains fewer blocks DB_FILE_MULTI_BLOCK_READ_COUNT under high water, which can be read in a single I/O call, regardless of the fraction of the accessed tables or current index

  That a table contains blocks and if the number of rows in the blocks is lower than statistics in DB_FILE_MULTI_BLOCK_READ the optimizer based on CSSTidy then performs a full table scan to retrieve the data in a single I/O transaction

  Not quite, but close. Perhaps a picture would help. For simplicity, I will assume that there is place for one line per block, but the basics are correct.

  If you insert a new table 4 ranks, you'll have something like this:

  A row has been added below the high water mark, because there was space but the second was added in a new block and the high water mark was moved at the end last block used, and even if you remove all lines (removal of t) high water will remain in the B8 and a full scan reads all the 5 blocks.

  Anyone had problems connecting camera Sony DSC-W650 to pc via the USB with Windows 7 OS?  Very frustrating.  Beautiful pictures, just can't get off the bloody camera em.  Chat with rep online, no help to Sony since.  Downloaded software (since the plug & play does not work) without help.  Tried multiple USB ports with the same results.  Device Manager indicates I need to troubleshoot the device (appears on device like DSC-W650 Manager so it must be to see something), but zero.  Currently re-download software (PlayMemories) but I'm not going to hold my breath.  Help!
