  I am freelance pro and educator. I currently have (and installed) a comprehensive package of CS6 Web & Design Premium I will teach After Effects in the fall (which is NOT part of the Web package & Design). I recently bought the CS6 Master Collection version of the educator. I'm not quite sure of how to install the new Master Collection, since this is the limited version of the educator. Should I keep the complete collection of Web & Design using the current license complete and then install After Effects by itself using the license of the educator? Causing conflicts? OR should I uninstall the Web & Design and do a full install of the version of the educator of the CS6 Master Collection?

  You see, the conflict for me is I'm doing professional, paid work, mainly with Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.

  You can continue to use your Design and Web premium.

  And for After Effects, you can just install After Effects of the Master Collection.

  When you start the installation, you will get the options to choose what you want to install applications, where you can choose to After Effects and installation to educational assistance of license you have.

  Yes, you do not have Adobe Design Premium CS5.5.

  When you open Photoshop, there is a possibility of "license this software" you need to choose and enter your serial key to allow.

  Once you enter your serial key, it should be allowed under your account and you do not have to buy it again.

  Make sure that you open the right program and version.

• PP CS6 won't install - still lost

  I am trying to reinstall Premiere Pro CS6, but I keep hitting a wall.  I had it installed once before in order to get even on this system, then uninstalled CS6 PP only at this time here.  The other day, I tried to install the CS6 "functional content" for first and yet, as the title templates and styles, in PP CC 2014.  After you download the files, the installer would not install files, I think because the PP CS6 wasn't on this computer, so I tried to install just PP CS6.  Who has not, so I thought I would uninstall it again and start all over again with PP CS6.  After uninstalling, I went to the creative cloud app, to the bottom of the list and selected Previous Versions, then Premiere Pro CS6.  The installation seems to be okay until it struck nearly 47%, as it froze.  He stayed like that one day whole without change.  So then I tried to go directly to the Adobe site to download the installation files.  I got these they ran by the instructions and again to hit a wall.  This time, he went to 13% on the installation process and frozen when installing AdobeHelp.  So, I decided to give the CC app another shot, and again, I got a 47% gel.  This time, I went to Task Manager, and he said he was installing AdobeHelp files when it froze.

  So, here is my question.  Are there some files somewhere that prevents me to install PP CS6?  Is there something that I can delete that will allow the installation to continue beyond the AdobeHelp install?  I tried a cat with Adobe Support 3 times and no luck.  Maybe someone in the community has a suggestion...

  Problem was actually in the module help from Adobe.  I deleted the Adobe Help file on my computer and the installation went perfectly.

  I checked your account and it seems that you have a valid serial number for the Master Collection CS6 under your account.  You can find details on how to locate the serial number under your account to find a serial number - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.

  If it is the serial number that you have been entered before then it is likely that you are facing a problem with file permission or licenses file corruption.  It is what gives you the invalid serial number message.  To resolve these difficulties, I recommend the following steps:

  1. Run all available Adobe installers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder.

  I think you don't understand how to work the serial numbers.

  For every purchase of the software, you get a license (a serial number). This serial number is unique to you and should be used every time that you install the software.

  A serial number to activate the software on two different computers at the same time.

  So, in your case, you download the software application download Creative Suite 6

  Install and enter your serial number. You don't need a new serial number or another. Just use the one you have. The one you have is related to a number of activations on Adobe server.
