  Silkrooster is correct on Lightroom. However, if you have Photoshop CC you can use Camera Raw as a filter to make additional changes to Camera RAW:

  You are speaking of the right click. Move to folder option is grayed out? You highlight the header of message first? Can drag you messages from one folder to another? (I never use the right-click method).
  If you're talking about Windows Mail in Vista and not something else, try to compact and repair the database.

  You could try to uninstall DivX or otherwise go to the following folder:

  All your windows updates are installed?  Try to clean the Windows thumbnail species.  I think use Adobe the OS dialog for features like open file. Also, to get thumbnails for RAW file PSD files, you will need to install codecs in windows. I use the fastepictureviewer codec package.
