What can I do if my computer says this universal group is a logon failure?

When I opened my computer and entered my password en my administrator account and pressed connect, the system says that universal Panel does not logon and then it wouldn't let me log in to my administrator account.

Hi BinaTon,

1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

2 when was the last time it was working fine?

3. do you have security software installed on the computer?

4. how many accounts do you have on the computer?

Restart the computer to return to normal mode

If the problem does not persist in safe mode, then perform the clean boot procedure.

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.
