  I would like to know some information about this problem so that we can help you further.

  1. are you able to boot to the desktop?

  2. do you have support for Installation of Windows 8?

  3. have you connected external devices other than the keyboard and mouse?

  If you are able to boot to the desktop, then I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it works for you.

  Method 1:

  Try the procedure described in the following Microsoft Support article and check if that helps.
