  I had my Windows XP system since late 2004.  Started by Microsoft Suite Office 2003 and were updated on the way to the 2007 Office Suite.  Several months ago, I started having trouble get demand to 'leave' to work properly.  Previously it took 1 try (start > disconnect) to return me to the real stop screen.  Now on the first try, the "flutter" desktop icons, but the screen does not recognize the request.  TThen I need to redo the request, then it will go to the closing of the screen.  An update of Microsoft somewhere along the way could cause this?  I worry, someone could have gained you will join somehow and's ' to watch' my activities.  I have Norton 360 V5 security.

In fact, when I press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and with the pointer of the mouse on "Start Task Manager" I can see the mouse commit but I don't know what process is engaged to achieve. I can also drag files in folders or use the scroll wheel with my mouse. I use a Lenovo laptop on a dock with a keyboard and a Microsoft wireless mouse. I seem to be able to drag the files when I'm not on the dock. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

  I and running LR6 PS CC on a new MacPro with 16 GB of RAM.  My LR catalog is running on a matrix of RAID 1 external CalDigit Thunderbolt 2.  I've never had a problem with this Setup.  Recently upgraded to LR6 / PS CC 2015.
