The solution is 'easy' for some and difficult for others. I present here for your perusal:

  (1) obtain the public IP address of the requesting computer (by visiting a web page such as http://www.whatismyip.com)
  (2) save the remote assistance request computers
  (3) modify the remote request for Assistance (RcBuddy.MsRcIncident) using a text editor (such as notepad) and replace the private - section of IP address should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,192.168.1.33:3389 «»
  with the public IP address from whatismyip.com or elsewhere - should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,74.125.47.147:3389 «»
  (4) save the file of RcBuddy.MsRcIncident 'new '.
  (5) double click it to connect to the computer needing help
  (6) cross your fingers and hope it works!

  ·         Exactly when you receive this error message?

  ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  ·         Do you have any extended monitor connected to the computer in the past or at the present time?

  Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

  Method 1: You can try to reduce the resolution of the screen (lower), then check if the message still appears.

  Check also if the refresh rate of the monitor is set correctly and check the manual of the monitor for assistance.

  Drivers: you should know what you bought (in your machine) and what * you * want out of it.  If you want stability and things work properly - let alone the drivers.  If you want more performance check (and other games) in the drivers of motherboard chipset and video network from the manufacturers Web site... For more stability stick with the OEM website (HP, Dell, Lenovo - the assembler of the whole machine) and slightly more performance/push the limits (even if they want to work too - so still some stability) - access to websites of its components manufacturer.

  With regard to the programs: you can decide what you use and do not use.  If you are not sure, look it up (Google) or ask.

  Raeburn, if you get the trial version, make sure that you are connected to creative cloud. Here's what you can try.

  • Sign in to creative cloud.
  • Disconnect from the Internet.
  • Try to use Lightroom and check if you get a trial version.

  Note: Please make sure that you are not disconnected from the creative clouds.

  I have 8 Dell poweredge servers.

  They have all the power supplies redundent and raid 1.

  If there is a problem, it appears in the LCD display on the side front of the server.

  However... I'm about to send off to a data center and is no longer able to see the facades of my servers.

  How to make the machines simply send me an email when they feel the need to display a message on the LCD screen. So I can remotely see what is happening.

  I reflected on this and tried Assistant and Assistant to the server but it gets ridiculously complicated when all I want is the error sent to me.

  These are critical machines and so far it seems IT Deputy can do software updates and a lot of things on the remote machines that I don't want. This is related to a security risk or will simply another thing to fool you that will have the machine with her!
