What is the difference between ReadyBoost and ReadyDrive?

Hey there - sorry for the newbie question. I searched previous posts and I don't mean of these two options in the Turbo Memory Console. ReadyBoost is running just off the coast of the turbo chip 1 GB and ReadyDrive run out of a hard drive? Can I use them both at the same time (which seems to be an option in the console).

I am running Vista 64 bit with 4 G memory and Turbo Memory Driver 1.8.0.1018.

Microsoft Windows ReadyDrive * and Microsoft Windows ReadyBoost * are features of the Windows Vista operating system *.

Windows ReadyDrive enables computers shipped with a hybrid hard drive to access data from the nonvolatile cache, allowing the drive to stay turned down for longer periods.

Windows ReadyBoost allows nonvolatile flash, such as USB flash drives, memory devices to be used as a cache extra memory to improve performance of the system without adding more memory system.
