Connection lost with printers in Linksys EA8500 (EA8500)

I have a HP officejet 8500 a more printer

my router previeus more than a day ago was great to work with the printer.

Now on this new router and my printer keeps losing the connection to my mac cable

Printer is wifi 2.4 GHz only (or wired = do not use for the moment)

I booked an address of the printer, but still lost conection.

I tried 20 MHz only = same result

I've implemented the new connection to the printer = same results

I tried Auto and g/f = only the same results

I tried 2 channels = same results

WPA2Personal

same name as the old router

Evertime I change something in the settings wifi it works then minutes can not find the printer.

Please notify

My IP address of the printer does not change when my computer can not find her pinter.

I think that I thought about it.

I reset the network connection to the printer. then used the configuration on the printer wizzard and his works always.

If that was the problem so I blame this router Asus leftover junk that was in my printer.

I tried the wizzard configuration before and used a static IP address.

If you don't hear from me, the cure was = on the printer to reset the network connection.

Also please can I have the menu advanced for this router?

Not that I want to change anything, I'm looking for more information about the network.

Thanks to you all!

  • WIFI connection lost with the Satellite A100-407

    Hello!
    I'm having a nightmare and would appreciate help!
    I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite A100-407, and I've been able to connect to internet via WIFI, however, in the last two weeks, he has ceased to operate.

    When I press Fn F8 it says my WIFI is off, but I don't know how this happened, nor I know how to reactivate it!

    To make matters worse my laptop is in German, and my grip on the German language is not that great at the moment, so if someone can help reactivate me my WLAN with indications of how do (IE. Go to the start bar, up 3, click on, cross 2 etc etc) I would be very grateful

    I'm sick of sitting on the ground to go online!

    Please check if the wireless network adapter is correctly enabled. Check first small WLAN switch if I remember well he must be placed on the right side of the laptop. When the WLAN led is activated, use the key combination FN + F8 to activate the WLAN option.

  • Connecting 2 HP printers via Ethernet?

    Hi, new to the forum. Noticed the badge of 'Day of the Expert' on the HP site and thought it would be a good place to ask. Trying to give as much detail as possible. My apologies in advance if the message appears long

    I wonder if someone can provide a walkthrough on how to connect 2 HP printers to a desktop HP via Ethernet with a router/modem configuration installed. #1 printer is a Deskjet 6988; #2 printer is Photosmart c309a; PC is a p6623w of flag recently bought at Wal-Mart and upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium to W7 Ultimate. I think it's one of the most recent "Slimline" computers with a minimum of available ports and for problems of space (the entire installation is in a bedroom, with most devices and devices on a desk), I can't really plug a USB hub with several sons (and nowhere to put the hub) and connect the stuff. In addition, there are other computers in the House: two laptops, Pavilion dm1z and Pavilion dv6 - 3227cl, respectively and also with W7 (dm1z = W7 professional, dv6 = Home Premium), on which I would use shared printing (but "home group" met with mixed results). DSL modem is a 6100 Westell Verizon's connected to a Linksys router #WRT320N. I consider myself as moderately / intermediate level "techies" and can understand a little how to perform maintenance / installation routine I receive once the steps in a detail 1-2-3 format (preferably with photos and other visuals!) Some specific questions I have, as well as more details on the configuration of the computer, are listed below. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

    Issues related to the:

    (1) physical installation is kind of a "Frankenwerk" configuration, with the wires used devices is more internal (but apparently the standard regarding the adapters Ethernet/USB/ca / go). Am a little confused, however, of what is required when making the connection: have 1 yellow cable plugged into the Ethernet port on the Linksys router and the Ethernet port on the modem. There is also a wire Blue connecting port #1 the Linksys router to the Ethernet port on the desktop. Will I need to buy additional cables to connect the 6988 and c309a, and ultimately, where should I connect all of them?

    (2) seems every time I want to try an install (and allegedly to succeed), I later get error messages in the Device Manager MS on a 'WPD file system Volume driver", specifically"this device cannot start (Code 10)." What is the WPD driver and how is it related to the printer (not exactly which), and how to avoid these mistakes in the future?

  • Unable to connect to the Administration of Linksys to my WRT54G v.6 page

    Hello

    Recently, I moved into a new House and brought my old router with me.  I set up this router to my former place long ago, but when I hooked it up here, I am unable to connect to the Admin of Linksys page (http://192.168.1.1 for example).  I think that I changed the router what IP to 192.168.1.101... it was a long time ago so I don't remember exactly.  I tried find what it was by typing "ipconfig" in the command prompt and using the address "Default gateway" IP address as the address of router, but that has not worked.

    I tried to reset the router to factory default settings by pressing the button of reset for 30 seconds, then connect to http://192.168.1.1 but it does not help.  When I release the reset button, just power light continues to blink rapidly until I unplug the router.

    I can access the internet without any problem, but I noticed that I connect my router differently than the instructions provided here.  I connect an ethernet cable from my modem to 1 of the 4 ports on the router (just like my laptop) rather than the port of 'internet' on the back.  Don't know if that is related or not, or even what is the cause.

    I use Windows Vista on my laptop if it makes a difference.

    Thanks in advance for your help,

    Ryan

    The modem must be connected to the internet port of the router and the conputer on one of the 4 ports on the router... Now, check if you are able to ping the default gateway of the router. If you get 4 answers then, make broser on the computer settings... Open an IE, click Tools > Internet Options, then click on delete and delete all the files, cookies, history, forms... GoTo 'Connections', make sure that never Dial a connection is selected, click on network settings and make sure that all the options are unchecked... Once you are finished, click OK... Close IE and reopen...

    Now, try to open the linksys configuration page by typing 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. You can also try another computer.

  • Connect BC with SoftOne

    Hello guys,.

    Is it possible to connect SoftOne with BC? My client wants a new ERP and that since a long time the connection is possible they will go for SoftOne, in case not, I need to present other options, but we have not done in the past and we are a bit lost...

    Thank you

    Hi mate

    Yes, it seems that soft1 has an available API for connect systems

    So don't Business Catalyst

    Soft1 is not too clear what type of ERP but we have watched a lot of British Colombia to ERP systems and depending on how much you want to make the news is pretty good.

    It really all depends on how you want to synchronize?

    * Clients and businesses

    * Bills

    * products

    * inventory

    * connections

    * Subscribers

    * shipping and packing requirements

    * other custom stuff

    Usually, we say to simple at first and continue to do the integration. It is easier if products exist already online if your planning on synchronization of products between the two systems.

    Whatever it is. It is possible and it's something that we specialise in ENOUGH for if you get stuck, then get some budget cleared away and make sure that they are not just tire kicking and then come and see me with a brief.

    Hello

    I have problem connecting WiFi with my laptop Tecra A8. When I opened my laptop, it does not connect to the wireless network.

    I updated for active connections, then I click on the Connect button after you select my wireless LAN, but it doesn't connect.
    Or I restart my computer, but it doesn't connect.
    However, it connects to the network wireless in anytime after about 15 minutes.

    Also when I tried to connect to the network wireless at home, but I couldn't t connect. I removed the password for the connection. Then I connected without any problem.
    I wonder that there is no problem with installation? Or my wireless card doesn't work?
    Can someone help me?

    Thank you

    According to the statement, all looks like that you try to use a password for encryption wrong!
